MARINA'S KITCHEN ------TASTY TUNA PATTIES

4. medium cooked and mashed potatoes
425 g strained tuna
1 egg
2 table spoon grated parmesan cheese
1 small red onion finely chopped
parsley --salt -pepper ---------oil for frying
coat each patty in bread crumbs ------fry in olive oil

Yummy with minted yogurt too ! With 4 children my Mum worked two jobs while dad worked away so to save time she used Deb Mush Potatoe as a substitute . Much prefer real spuds through ... Thankyou !
