More in detail of Geuse's fall into madness once he broke down and Pandora gave him that talk about love the Sloth witch factor completely took over what was left of Geuse and he was left as nothing more than an empty vessel that the Sloth witch factor had taken over. It was already taking everything he had not to lose himself to the Sloth witch factor but once Fortuna died that's what made Geuse essentially let go and fell into madness

the Echidna from the tea party and the Echidna from 400 years ago are not same Echidna. How exactly isn't entirely clear yet but there is a reason why Emilia doesn't recognize the Echidna in the case after completing the trial. That Echidna's nose is different from the one in the tea party. It's also why during the flashbacks we don't see Echidna's face.

Emilia has the highest mana capacity in Re: zero she has insane potential, that doesn't mean that she is the strongest, no one can beat Reinhard, and Satella is like the second, Shekmet is the strongest witch after Satella, and Regulus is the strongest archbishop, Pandora and Hector embody the two forgotten deadly sin vainglory was absorbed by pride, and melancholy by sloth.
The events with Satella and the other 5 sin witches (not including Echidna) happened long after the events around the Santuary. Echidna's problems involves the dragon that Roswaal was talking about in season 1 original episode 4 (around the part Subaru asked to hire him). It was mentioned in that episode that only the ruler of the country can interact with the dragon due to the covenant that the king and dragon established. My guess is that he wants Emilia to become ruler so she can establish contact with the dragon and Roswaal can kill it like he said in season 1 original episode 11 at the end when he was talking to Ram.

Hector is the Witch of Melancholy
'Warlock' of Melancholy. It is the male counterpart of witch in english.
One thing to point out is that Pandora’s power (as far as we know so far) is to be able to alter reality to her whims. Including changing history and people’s minds. So it’s fully possible that the idea of “Satella killing the other witches” is a false reality or concept made up by Pandora with the intention of getting the world to hate Satella. (Especially since it’s been implied that Echidna died around the time that Hector attacked. It’s not clear what happened though, but Satella doesn’t seem to be involved.) But yes it’s been confirmed that the true ultimate villain of Re:Zero is Pandora. In fact the idea that the Mabeasts are attributed to Satella is another notion that could easily be manipulated by Pandora too.
In terms of just raw power and not hax abilities, Emilia is stronger than pandora here even as a child. It was cut from the light novels but echidna says this, and also mentions Emilia possesses incredible power and a gate that can handle it. It Emilia ever learns to control that power she will be insanely OP.

It's tough because you have to come up with your own judgement with this show. Also the Japanese va might have helped in understanding the nuances of the characters better. But then again, if you pay attention you can figure it out.

I mean it's been a long time lol but "Devil" is a mistranslation. It's supposed to be "Warlock of Melancholily"
So I will say there's only so much the anime can show from the LN. It's a lot of content, and even with episodes being longer for part 2 of Season 2, and the entirety of season 2 being entirely dedicated to one arc, there's still stuff that needs to get cut off
The gist of it we alredy know, but people don't get it sometimes, same with S1.
Please start watching Alice in Borderland. they will be releasing the Season 2 on December. Thriller wise its better than squidgame in my opinion

Usually I try to be easy on english dubs, but this 2nd season has lots of bad voice acting... It's even more apparent because the japanese voice acting for this show is really, really good.
I think Re:zero has a lot of good voice acting.
