    I've got to say for an intermediate player, making the next jump can be really difficult.
    Also, most of the tutorials on CZcams usually are made by pros trying to show their skill and are usually too complicated to follow.
    You are simply the best at breaking complex techniques into easily assimilated and 'learnable' portions

    The four chords played at 0:11 was

    Sorry, I put G# instead of F# for the 2nd and last Right hand Chords so i fixed it.

    So this makes so much sense! Would you say the super common progression 3-6-2-5-1 follows this same principle if we change those chords to dominants? I see the chords are all 5 chords going back to their tonic. Please continue to create r&b theory videos!!!

    you can definitely use a dominant chord on the 7th degree of the scale. sounds really good if you ask me. music theory is only a guide post. it is not a razor wire fence, that turns into a field of land mines, surrounded by a moat of crocodiles that must not be crossed.
