Alex Jones' Lawyer Challenges Judge, Claims Ruling Has No Legal Basis

- Alex Jones' lawyer Norm Pattis challenged Judge Barbara Bellis' decision to deny his motion to play the Megyn Kelly interview, arguing that the judge has no legal basis. "There's no there is no legal basis stated. I'm entitled to that under the practice book," Pattis said. "I believe that he argued it for 20 minutes, and I think the record is clear attorney Pattis," Bellis responded.

What was said on another show has no place in this trial. Alex Jones and his council thought that they could draw this out forever by refusing to comply with court ordered discovery. He has been found liable for his claims by way of default judgment and whatever was said on Meghan Kelly only serves to confuse the jury about if the statements were untrue. This is about how much he owes the families for his claims which have already been adjudicated as defamatory. It’s really that easy.
The only reason they are able to get Jones on statute of limitations is because Kelly brought it up in an interview. So literally this interview is relevant. If they didnt have the Kelly interview, after she promised not to ask him about Sandy hook. If that hadnt happened they would have passed statute of limitations
@@mirandastephens4586 it's certainly relevant in the preliminary fault trial but Jones has already been found liable. He cannot at this juncture bring up such claims because that phase has ended. @Brett M I understand what the judge said. He he lucky she didn't hold him in contempt.
A show trial of the highest order he never even said these peoples names this is a travesty of justice
How can he expect to be taken seriously with that hair?
and if you judge someone based on their hair, you know nothing of reality let alone the ability to distingush the difference between honesty and lies. conditioned.
He needs a good bun 🤧 🤣
His lawyer is actually 2 hamsters operating a dead man.
Classic.
Can’t wait until the jury hands out many more millions for that loon jones to pay out ! 😂
I hope Alex Jones sues you for defamation after this that's how this whole process is playing out
@@samuela9058 come on snowflake get a life ! 🥴
@@samuela9058
If you believe everything that Jones said is true, that those poor kids weren't blasted into mulch by a deranged, gun toting mental case, then your family should have you committed.
The judge should have shut down Jones's lawyer for crap.
*All of this is a charade.*
Very patient judge very patient.i would have told to sit down and shut up
AJ’s lawyer-“What’s the legal standing”?
Plaintiff’s-“Scope.”
AJ’s lawyer (Puts fingers into ears)-“La-la-la-la I can’t hear you so it’s going to be appealed.”
His lawyer is almost as goofy & deranged as Alex himself.
So cringe
My god, he can barely put two words together! Some legal advocate!
If you think that he talks poorly, you should watch clips of President Biden and candidate fetterman.... wow
