Narrated Abu Sa'id Al Khudri ( RA ) : Allah's Messenger Muhammad( peace be upon him ) said , " If a person embraces Islam sincerely , then Allah shall forgive all his past sins , and after that starts the settlement of accounts , the reward of his good deeds will be ten times to seven hundred times for each good deed and one evil deed will be recorded as it is unless Allah forgives it . " ( Sahih al - Bukhari 41 , Book 2 , Hadith 34 )❤

I think this guy is actually a very sincere and smart person, he just has to start searching more in the eastern socities and less in the western because his mindset is very very "westernized". and I mean by that is the western philosophy school of going in circles. This is a super distructive mentality that usually leads to the conclusion that "I probably should stop thinking about it". With that being said he is a brave man that is ready to listen to what others have to say. I do hope Allah guides him to the truth.

(11) And of the people is he who worships Allāh on an edge.[917] If he is touched by good, he is reassured by it; but if he is struck by trial, he turns on his face [to unbelief]. He has lost [this] world and the Hereafter. That is what is the manifest loss.
