Excellent dance and exercise = physically benefical
This lesson is excellent because you focussed on each part of the body beginning with feet and the details to have them in the right place. The hip action depends on the moving them in a figure 8 and then the rib cage . Going backwards focuses on the rib cage which is great to do the Basic Rumba. Feet, legs and rib cage. FUN!!
