Merchan is a criminal and needs to be removed from the bench. The idea of placing a gag order on a defendant but allowing the prosecutor and the witnesses to slander him, which equates to tampering with the jury, is ludicrous.

No that’s not what is happening. That’s what the propaganda you listen to tell you yeah sure but that’s not true. Trump has a gag order in place to protect the jury, witnesses, judge, and others. Trump supporters have the ability to seriously harm someone if given a motive (look at January 6) Trump has been given a gag order to not talk about these people in an effort to protect them. They can still discredit them inside the court room.
