they need to do an episode where they invite on a therapist or psychologist or some sort of professional that can evaluate and help George and Sapnap with the bickering and resentment LOL it would be so interesting
omg yes. that really would be an interesting episode LMAO
it should be a marriage counsellor, that would be funny af
Dr. K
They need to see this omg
It would be funny but also lowkey necessary. Watching them kind of reminds me of my parents (they were very verbally abusive to each other and are divorced now). It would be super interesting on the podcast but probably a good idea for off-screen too 😅
the airbnb story just highlights the difference of george's european experience of (no) guns vs sapnap's experience in america .
England is the usa of europe tho
True. He’s very naive though. George even do IRL stream in universal studio Alone.
@@melis-oh7xs there is no usa of europe 💀 they’re in a league of their own tbh
@@melis-oh7xs no lol
@@gnfnovia yes like sapnap said when you piss people off in their property maybe you wouldn’t get shot but you would get stabbed.
"they can't legally kill me" had me dying 27:30
george not understanding the concept of getting murdered for saying the wrong thing to the wrong person is so on brand of him lmaoo
It's so "grew up outside of the U.S."
@@melliferou more like "grew up white, straight, and cisgender"
@@capybaraandwatermelonenjoy8208 honestly both, due to less accessibility to weapons theres less arguments that just end up in murder, the only people that get murdered where i live are people that are actively involved in drug deals and gangs. but yeah white, straight, cis male definitely has an extra edge
That brand of him will get him a trouble sooner or later
it’s concerning that you DO understand the concept
america is so fucked
George’s face when he said he felt guilty now for not saying sorry. It’s okay, sometimes it’s hard expressing feelings especially to very close friends. The weak side isn’t comfortable yet
Thing is I get that, but yk we're the same age and to think how many sorry he missed bc his personality is craaazy. Whole 26 yo, I'm sure there's plenty time to fix that about yourself
I get feeling guilty and not knowing what to say during a serious incident. But as a 20-something year old I feel that saying “sorry” should automatically be someone’s first response 😅. He’s not 5 years old
@@beaun8043 I mean we know nothing about his personal life but I know many people (especially guys) who never got the emotional nurturing they need at a young age and just like george they don't know how to apologize or say "i love you." Guys especially get conditioned from a young age to never be vulnerable in that way. You're right that he needs to fix that but it's difficult for those people to be open to therapy because accepting help and being open is quite literally a part of their problem.
@@junosgladiusnah you don't get it when we're at this age, you can't blame your behavior bc your upbringing/environment anymore. Your brain is fully developed now, there's plenty of experience with social cues. And if you keep those behaviors even then, it means you didn't grow or you didn't think it's a problem at all. I wish he can do better tbh
@@beaun8043last part of the brain to develop I believe is the part responsible for emotions. And full development doesn’t fully occur until the mid-late twenties and he has just reached this age. Also trauma may be the cause of this which puts a halt to development. We’re forever learning and a fully developed brain doesn’t mean we’re done improving ourselves.
George lived in London where guns were basically illegal vs Sapnap lived in Texas where people carry guns like it’s chapstick seeing 2 opposite sides argue is so funny. 💀 I’m definitely on Sapnaps side tho.
I saw how much pain Karl is going through while filming and how he is trying to keep smiling.
I know the feeling of hiding the pain in front of others, so you are awesome, Karl. I hope you feel better as soon as possible ❤️
What pain? he makes millions for making fuckn videos
That’s dramatic

I feel George about not being able to say sorry. You could tell he felt very guilty and sorry but it’s hard to express emotions sometimes. I hope Karl feels better. Also this episode really showed that George and sapnap need friendship therapy LMAO
he’s a grown ass man bro, this is just absolute freak behaviour. george needs to grow the fuck up
@@mika-tu6ld well SOMEONE woke up on the wrong side of the bed 👀👀
@@paracxsm he badly injured his friend and yet hes the one being comforted george stans have lost the plot
@@jdckdkd2878 lmaoooooo they baby him so much it’s insane
@@mika-tu6ld Nah fr i felt for George until i realized he was 26 yeah that's just completely unexeptable
Had fun with the stories today guys! Just a listeners perspective here, I don’t mind y’all interrupting each other while talking until no one is finishing the story due to arguing over interrupting each other lol. Just tell your stories and have fun chatting. Your show is really fun and it’s great getting the behind the scenes stories thanks for another great video!
Exactly, the interruption isn't as annoying as the fact it completely sidetracks them and they don't get back to the thing they were saying
i feel like them being annoyed about interruptions is less about the viewing experience but more just it’s annoying to be in a conversation where people are overlapping each other
You can see the worry and sadness in Sapnap's fury, i feel like he was really afraid that something very bad would happen to Karl.
George loosing it while talking about a funeral is SO FUNNY
Oh I like the pfp I fuckin love tv girl

I love how Banter is actually posting every Wednesday now
this entire banter episode made me realize how similar i actually am with sapnap especially his mindset on being seriously aware with real life situations during the airbnb topic and being street smart, knowing what risks you should take and what not. sapnap carried this episode and i hope karl gets well soon.
so true
I relate to George 😬 expressing my feelings? Uncomfortable. Overthinking. Can't get out of my head or over my shame enough to say something albeit good but out of social pressure.
Physical danger? Meh. I'll start being afraid when something happens to me. I can feel something lacking. I wonder if me and George have toxoplasmosis 🥲 because apparently it can change your personality and make you more irresponsible, e.g. proven more likely to get in a car accident. And if you're a rat, more likely to snuggle up with cats and become their prey so that the parasite may reproduce in warm kitty insides 😊 end of life plans: be eaten by my sweet cat. (When I am dead) (jk)
29:57 you can tell this was genuinely so funny if george’s speech drags out into laughter
i think this is my fav banter episode since it started again with a new set up, just them giggling telling silly goofy deadly stories and sapnap attacking george’s throat every chance he gets lmao
The way i gasped when i saw the title
when i read the title i thought of the mrbeast episode they did called “how mrbeast almost died in a car wreck”
bruh i gasped too 😭
same omg
It’s sad to see karl suffering he’s like settling there and just trying to hide that it hurts
“My response to trauma is to laugh” sapnap we know😭
Karl your determination to smile through the pain is truly …🥺 You're amazing. I hope you feels better soon.
42:31 I love that sapnap goes to tap Karls leg then remembered he was injured and tapped his shoulder instead.
I knowwww so cute❤
I just noticed that, so cute
Can we just take a momment to say how kind and sweet karl is? He doesnt want to mae someone who amost killed him guilty
Karl is such a great friend for making sure George doesnt feel guilty
i love how you always say “wait guys one more thing” and then the episode ends 😭🫶🏻
Feeling something and not being able to express it is definitely one of the worst things ,we feel you George.
Also, i hope Karl is all good now.
it’s always a good day when banter uploads.
overused comment
Agreed
28:28 Karl's face tells STORIES bro
For people here who's also having trouble saying sorry to your close ones, keep practicing! By texts, calls and eventually y'all can do it. Pls don't stick with like george
I hope Karl feels better! I can tell george feels bad, respect to Karl for understanding him and not making him feel guilty! ❤
I noticed on their last banter video that Karl kept on rubbing his right waist and looked like he was hurt, and I was wondering why. So this is why. The one where they got Chris as a guest.
you can just tellll sapnap is from texas by the gun story😭😭
THE WAY THEY CALLED OUT OUR DELUSIONAL ASSES
Sapnap loves exposing his friends and honestly, I'm here for it 😂😂
13:45 this was so pure omg
Not gonna lie, Sapnap is correct...there are bad apologies, but its worse to not say anything.
exactly!!!
I'm going to be honest. george looks very guilty, and I can't say sorry because I am bad at it and you can tell he is feeling guilty
@@slumpsalot I think so
Yeah the fact that he noticed that Karl was shaking shows how concerned he was.
Can I get a time stamp plz?
Do you have a time stamp?
@@melissamaxwell4792 no sorry but It is when like they are talking about how george never said sorry
telling stories like this are the best episodes to listen to
sapnap explaining what a moped is is the equivalent of a teacher explaining to their students what a flip phone is
I love how Sapnap is scolding for George for hurting Karl
“They’re not gonna kill me ☺️” George doesn’t know LA and it scares me 😭😭like bro LA is scary as hell bro was bouta risk it all
editors r the backbone of every community, they’re just so cool😭 if i see an edit of a show or movie or person, i will wanna start watching that, bc of a 15 second edit.
This entire episode was Sapnap & George at each others throats 💀
That’s every episode though 😂
When are they not😅
The episodes with just the banter boys are my all time favourites, I need more of these
banter is the only podcast that isn't boring it's my fav podcast ever i love them sm💕✨️
True
you must not listen to a lot of podcasts
"People just die"
- Profound Sapnap quotes, 31:05
I love that when they talk abt of something else like they have a guest or something, sapnap is so quiet but when they’re talking shit abt george, he’s all in
I’m glad Karl’s okay
It’s always have to be Karl getting hurt😭
No but its so funny that sapnap understands the airbnb situation better than dream and george bc george is from uk and dream doesnt interacr with the outside world lolll
Lmao, many think that sapnap is the least prudent of the three but it's the opposite. He would problably be the final boy in a horror movie.
i can tell you guys are taking criticsm from the audience and applying it super well !! super funny to see you guys bicker abt interrupting each other but it rlly is nice to see you guys trying real hard not to! this episode was very much more enjoyable to listen to because of that fact, keep it up !! :DD

"George's favorite part was the adrenaline..."
idk what it is about saying things like "sorry" and "i love you" but its so hard for me to say it. for both of these phrases i feel a wave of embarrassment when i say them.
Banter isn't banter without george and sapnap arguing
Karl, I hope you'll get better. It would take a lot of time for you to regen, cuz those are really big wounds. Wishing the best for you
THE EDIT AT 2:00 💀
Dream's really going to get himself killed one of these days 💀 He's the first one to get murdered in a horror movie Istg
you know it’s gonna be a good day when banter uploads
Every Wednesday :)
Haven't watched this yet but I do wanna say that my brothers close friend very well could have died from a motorcycle accident. He is now an amputee with a prosthetic leg. It's crazy how your life can flash before your eyes because of someone else's or even your own small decision.
i also laugh when something traumatic happens it’s kinda like “omg did that just happen wtf” and it’s like you don’t believe it so you try not to laugh but it’s like “funny” idk 😭
I hope you get better soon Karl! I'm so sorry that happened to you that sounds really scary :( I hope you have a good recovery and I'm glad you're ok! ❤
Every time Banter uploads a new video it makes me want to watch them more than I already do
This is why George isn't ever gonna get his drivers license
This is one of my fav episodes, it really shows each of their unique personalities lmao
George is sorry. You can see the guilt in his face but George is bad with expressions and respect to karl for not letting George feel guilty
ya but he's a 26 year old man. He can learn how to say sorry to a friend he seriously hurt. He prob felt guilty but just feeling sorry isn't enough.
@@sanstrawberry329 him being older would only make it harder to break the habit of not saying sorry but not impossible obviously.
@@sanstrawberry329 yes but karl knows George is sorry because he is his friend but if it was to someone George doesn’t know he will say sorry to let the person know that he felt bad and yes George might not liking to say sorry but karl knows George must feel guilty and sorry
@@blu2836 he stated he can say sorry, he just doesn’t to friends. I love George hella but he almost just killed his friend, bro can muster a sorry, it won’t hurt him
@@Jnf661 Yeah that's true, but to be like "oh I'm bad with apologies but since you're my friend you should know how I feel". Like yeah i guess, but it's so messed up to just not say sorry, he's grown, not a little kid. Karl shouldn't be expected to read his mind. But I'm also glad that Karl understands that George feels guilty and sorry. That's maturity.

This is my fav podcast! I love when it’s just the three of you! 😊
Laughing is a coping mechanism, so laughing at funerals or after trauma is actually completely normal
They actually should add a counter to the podcast for every time George cuts someone off. And then do a fun (nothing harmful) punishment when the counter reaches a number like 100
that would actually be so funny
Yeah and they should reset it every month
@@JollyGeorge_ with the small amount of uploads (sometimes really unconsistent) I dont know if thats the best thing to do but I love the idea!
@Eloniva yeah but they post like every week and george cuts them off alot but yeah it might take 1 year for it to reach 100
@@JollyGeorge_ True true, great point. I was just throwing a random round number but yes thats true, it would take a LONG time to reach 100
12:51 Actually, for the laughing trauma response, it is because when you smile or laugh you let out a certain hormone which makes you feel good and happy, and your brain remembers that.
So, to make you feel better when you feel uncomfortable your brain makes you smile and laugh.
Lots of people have this when their embarrassed or feel awkward but it can also happen for certain people when their sad, stressed, chocked or even angry.
I feel the same as sapnap where my response is to immediately laugh everything off. One time someone got hurt in front of me and I had to walk away because my response was to laugh even though I didn’t find it funny.
the airbnb situation really shows that george doesn't understand how the us and americans work lmao
Ikr he’s just so European lmao he looked so baffled
i swear banter already has 4 different episodes just about different ppl almost being killed in car crashes 😭
That reminds me my dad always tells me to be afraid of ppl who road rage bc I might meet my murderer but I just tell him that the majority of murders occur between people who are like… well involved in each others lives like neighbors as you said. I could be wrong but I think the main things to be afraid of in terms of getting killed are people you *know* and mass murderers like in shootings
poor Karl is gonna be scarred for life from this accident
it’s a great day when banter posts
I like how Karl’s “I almost died pic” is just 😐✌️
Always a good day when banter posts
I love y’all’s content so much. It always helps even during rough times so thank you and I know it hasn’t been easy for you. thank you for the work you’ve put into making others feel loved. praying for Karl and for also for george to not feel bad about not expressing his emotions. It can be very difficult!! God bless and Jesus loves y’all
the conversation about the death note adaptation got very close to theseus' boat myth theory thing and i love it
Aw, Karl :( idk when this was filmed but I hope you’re back to 100% now or at least like a good 95 ❤
fav banter video so far😭😭
omg karl is literally an angel
George struggling to express his feelings and Karl letting him know he understands him 🥺
everything everywhere all at once is a movie you have to watch in full. it didnt fully click for me until the end and then i was balling my eyes out.
lesson of the story: don't tailgate anyone, especially not George (edit: George looks like he feels really bad about the whole thing, Karl's really kind to his friends, and I hope Karl heals up quickly)
so about that group therapy episode...
I'm a bit more on sapnap and karl's side bc i get that it's hard to say sorry, but to be fair he almost killed karl like omg!!
Yes me too im in sapnaps side bcz he cant keel karl sad (karlnap)
Since Chris banter episode you could see Karl is having pain even when he did IRL stream in France. Thank God he is recovering well. We love you Karl. Also, Sapnap is very determine that George must say sorry to Karl what a friend he is. Good job.
George we understand you. We know you felt guilty when the accident happened and you don’t mean to hurt your best friend. Moreover, George said sorry in this episode and he genuinely mean it.
TBH Karl is a cool guy not feeling George guilty to what happened. You’re a good guy Karl.
Sapnap does not understand that, in the UK, knife crime is mostly between teenage gang members; neighbours are not stabbing each other and owners of B&Bs are not stabbing their patrons. There are no drive by stabbings or mass stabbings. there is no comparison to the murder rate per capita. Nothing close. Thank the Lord, we are not the US.
Please get a marriage counselor on as your special guest for one episode it's for the best
i can tell george feels bad 😭
