I launched my consulting firm 3 years ago and I had never heard of Mr. Weiss until today. I have other mentors, go through other channels, follow other consulting gurus, and I wanna say it doesn't mean there's something "wrong" with you if you haven't heard of Mr. Weiss. The consulting space is way too big now. I've learned a lot from you Jon, from Dan Pena, from Dan Lok, and many others in the industry but my first time hearing about Mr. Weiss. Just wanted to put that out there.
'INTENTIONAL!' ... So pleased when I heard that part because my word of the year is 'DELIBERATE' which is exactly the same idea. I talked about it at the start of the year (you can see my podcast for proof - recorded in January!!) But yeah I totally get what you mean with being intentional. And I love Alan Weiss. The amount of knowledge he gives away is unbelievable. This is one guy who literally tells us everything he knows. Thank you Alan!
Great interview, really enjoyed the way Alan Weiss is down to earth and therefore comes back with solid ideas that are based on real, actionable thinking. Thanks a lot for a great vid.
Great Interview, Allan goes straight to the point. By the way I did some work in private events and I was in total shock when hosting private functions for Consultants , fund managers, Etc who had no knowledge on etiquette whatsoever. ..the Brits master this unfortunately.
