Coverbands are the the most important things on earth. The stars are gettin old and die. But their brilliant songs lives in this bands forever.... Sometimes better than the originals. LLB is the best example and my absolute favorites....

I agree. It's much like the book people in Fahrenheit 451, who each memorized one or more books. They were keeping the literature alive.
Totally agree! My band is a cover band and we strive to cover material most of the average bands do not and to wow the audience! The goal is to keep great Classic Rock music alive and pay love and homage to those artists!

As a musician, I understand the level of proficiency each player must bring to the table to make the song "work" the way it was created. This seems deceivingly easy but it seldom is ... I am amazed at the entire production of a cover and the class act you guys/gals achieve.
Young people should watch this to see what musical talent and skills can produce. This is what music is.

I’ve died, no really..... I’ve died several times.... 18 months ago a heart attack with three associated strokes, two plus weeks unconscious and I’m no longer allowed to work. I spend lots of time chasing around CZcams and I just stumbled upon LLB... WoW.... I’m bingeing down memory lane... I really think this therapeutic.... You folks are flippin AMAZING... I’m making associations within the songs back to my high school days...I’m 57. I was fortunate to have grown up listening to the music you folks play... the Doobies, AeroSmith, U2, Etc etc etc.... I’m an instant huge fan... sign me up for a t-shirt... I would happily drive from my home in Central Texas to be present for a viewing of the rehearsal and filming of a group, don’t really care which group, as you do them all so well... I haven’t found it yet, but I’m off looking for Billy Thorpe Children of the Sun... and anything else I can find... I wish my cousin Bruce was near enough to you guys, he’s an amazing guitarist... what a kick it would be to see him playing with you guys...

I spend a lot of hours in the middle of the night looking for things to occupy my time -
so when I stumbled across the LLB channel a little while back, it was simply an incredible
*blessing* .
Things happen for reasons in this life and I believe you folks have been truly called upon to
do this project - and I can't even begin to do justice to just how much *good* you're providing to
the world when you produce these videos.

I am six nine years old ... use to play in a band as a youngster .... we played these very songs .... I get a lump in my throat ... really miss those days ... I discovered LLB during the covid lockdown in our country, South Africa ... I have sent links to the remaining four members of our old band .... every one of them are hooked now ... It is so good to see the enjoyment the musicians feel .... the quality is superb ... i enjoy these videos so much

Just a foot note ....... anybody can use a looper or beat box .... but how many can .....play a real lick ... sing a lyric with expression ... make the instrument talk with ones fingers ..... or brass with ones wind .... that's a musician .... compose lyrics the have meaning !

I just discovered your cover band Sept 16, 2020. I live in Oregon City, Oregon where a lot of the wildfires have been in Oregon. I heard your cover of Def Leppard's Photograph and was all smiles and so blown away. Then, l heard Boston's Foreplay/It's been a longtime and it was so exactly like Boston that l cried tears of joy and tears because America has been under a lot of stress and it just took me back to the old days of music. Thank you all so much! I just kept on listening and watching you guys do so many songs and right cue l am so blown away and needed this so much right now. You all are truly rock stars! Part of the art is the assembly. It's amazing to be able to see the fluidity of this group with various artists coming together and putting it together in such a relatively short period of time. I am curious as to how they pick the songs and the musicians that will fit those songs.

I played professionally in a road band throughout the 70s and well into the 80s. There was always the competition for gigs, recording contracts or among members of the band. I wish there had been something back then like you guys that I could have got involved with. It's clear how much fun you guys are having and you do a phenomenal job! I just want to say what all of you are doing is the greatest! To keep the Classic Rock music alive for us 60’s, 70, 80, guys is so cool & dearly needed because the music of today just ain’t there like a whole band playing all their instruments and just not drum machines or all samples are today. After viewing over a dozen of this band's Tributes ... I gotta say. Phenomenal! These guys are so damned versatile, They nail the nuances, tones, inflections of the originals and add a freshness as well. Jaw dropping range duplicating so many genres and they nail it all! One can hear the quality and care that goes into each song. These guys and gals have LISTENED very closely to the original and preened it all. And this is NOT easy. Super impressive and brilliant! WOW!

Wow - that was the only word I found myself saying after discovering you today. Heard your cover/tribute to Boston and was immediately hooked. Your players ability to capture the tone, detail and nuance of the music was....well, Wow! The videos clearly show your respect for the original music through your obvious enjoyment to play it and without any theatrics. The musicianship shines. This channel popped up in my recommended videos about a week ago, and I've been checking out some of your others.
I've been playing rock drums for 64 years now, and I haven't stopped yet. I guess once music is in your blood, it never leaves. I've played in many local bands in the DC/Baltimore areas, and we've played many songs you all play in your videos. Being a musician myself, I can honestly say that this is some of the finest work I've ever seen. Every single one of you is a top-of-the-line musician/singer, and you all look like you're having fun while recording it. Even though it's a lot of hard work for everybody, I know how much fun it is to play music.
I hope you all continue to do this for a long time, because I know I'm only one of thousands who enjoy watching and listening to all of you play, record and produce your work. Thanks for sharing it with us.

You all make this music together as family. My son started playing in a bluegrass band at age 15 with people who were so jealous of each other. Jealous of him and his multi talents with of playing by ear and playing several different instruments. It was ridiculous. Your band does not have that vibe at all. One can tell you all love each others abilities and talents!! Thank you for these wonderful videos and all types of music!! I love seeing this! For so long it's seemed that everything cool happens in california but it's not exactly relatable. LLB, I have words to describe you all: Pristine, Clean, Pure, True, Exacting, Humble, Fun, Professional, Courteous, Kind, Legendary, Infectious, Motivating, Passionate, Committed, Principled, Talented Beyond Belief, Confident, Doyens, Bellweathers, and so many more. In Spanish we would merely say that you all are "Los Mero Meros" (Mexican Border Slang!). Following you for all these years are a few of us Idaho Boys and Girls that are always amazed at what you all do. My hats off to you all for the exacting covers you do, for the premier video, audio, and mixing you do. To see all of you as normal folk in this video, draws fans like us so close to you. You all seem like brothers or sisters to all of us in the music scene.Truly, and honestly, I get ashamed at how lacking our bands videos we create are as we cover much more sloppily and put out such a raw product in comparison to what you are doing. Of course, there is just generally one or two of us and maybe some tripods to capture what we do. You inspire me to want to do better. Like one of your guest artist said, "We can show this to our grandkids!" So True, so true. If nothing else, it's a legacy for them. Thanks for the great work you all do. What you do especially Journey is spot on. But those female back up and lead singers (female) do an awesome task. Those Eagle tunes are the bomb, also. The Johnny Cash was a great surprise. The country artistry is its own and y'all surpassed in reality. You can definitely raise your heads as true talented United States of North American artistry. Seeing artistry playing different instruments is the way it should actually be. That shows dedication and stretches the roll of as being an artist and band member to the max as very few did many, many, many years ago.

What I appreciate most about this band is that unlike many cover bands who try to make the tunes their own, LLB want to replicate the original sounds without getting too fancy and going overboard.

I somehow only discovered this channel last week and I’m blown away. You guys cover all the music that I grew up loving and, frankly, that’s still on the playlists that I listen to a lot still to this day. The quality of your musicianship, video production, arrangements and harmonies all are top notch. I am enjoying this so much and also am really glad you did this “making of video” because it gave me an appreciation for who you are, how you started, what your goals are. Every time I think of a song for you, I see that you already covered it. Your harmonies on Eagles songs would be great I’m sure. I learned through this video that you already recorded some so I will be searching for them now. Keep it up guys. With so much junk on CZcams, this is a pure joy. Thank you for this gift.

So I just recently found you all. I once played percussion in a worship band at a church we attended. I was a “band brat” in high school and really enjoyed making music with everyone that was involved. I hope you all know what you have going on here. Y’all are amazingly talented people.
