I remember watching this game and how great Ben played. Heeeeeath made a couple big catches. But had Troy P. had played, the game would have been a lot different. Troy literally was a game changer! Gonna miss you Big Ben!

Big Ben is 8.4 Yards Per ATTEMPT in 2009; one of his best seasons! Rodgers is 8.1. For context: Tom Bradys career is 7.5 YPA; Brees 7.6 YPA, Peyton Manning 7.7 YPA. 8 YPA is rarefied MVP air you visit occasionally. Ben had amazing 04-05 YPA but only 2600 yards each; the benefit of a very very successfully run heavy offense keeping corners and safeties up.
This was such a good game that nobody talks about.

I was at the game with the family (all Steelers fans). It was truly a classic, and I grew up in Western PA in the 70's. Oh, the daughter-in-law was with us - big Packer fan! She was low, but got her revenge in the SB a few years later...
