Does this phone work all over Canada? I see there are none for sale here.
just got one to use as my daily and get off Pixel phones. It's bulky but not terrible, will still fit in a pocket. only downside I see so far is lack of aftermarket options, particularly cases and screen protectors. had to get a plain clear TPU case and reviews claim the few aftermarket screen protectors don't fit perfectly. hopefully those options expand a bit in the future but I doubt it. aside from that it's a great tool, very fair price point for the hardware you're getting. makes me wonder why anyone would shell out for less capability.

Thi sis an amazing phone, not only it is a tool and a rugged piece of meat, but it doesn't shy from specs, it is awesome for photos and gaming, it is great.

Hi, any chance on expanding on this a bit, I'm thinking of getting one of these but don't understand what your actual issues are and why having a normal phone with a case and an extra battery is better than having all this native to a single device which does have an appeal. Thanks, Nick.
@@nickfry7705 -this phone has an LCD panel instead of the modern oled panels which have dynamic refresh rate ( 1 hz when u dont scroll and 120hz when you scroll to conserve battery life) and the lcd panel also lacks color fidelity
-it has a mediatek 6 nanometer processor with the max frequency of 2.4 ghz instead of the qualcomm modern ones of 3.2ghz on 3 nano meters. size of diode matters alot for efficiency. less heat and more power. im not going in details about its ram frequency.

-all video recording from its Samsung HM2 camera sensor is limited to 30 fps. it combines nine small 0.7μm pixels into one large 2.1μm so tehnically they can say its 102mp where in fact its a 12mp sensor. senzor size matters not megapixels. its all marketing with the 102mp sensor.
-this is a chinese battery beefed up phone marketed for burly men that are camping and cutting logs with their long beard. this is its target market.
-a better ballance for the cash spent is to get a normal qualcomm phone worth 750 euro and then buy one of those durable cases with a battery included. motorola edge 40 pro with poor software update, galaxy s23 for the ones that like the bloatware or even a pixel from the google privacy rapists company

this is the rig to use if someone wants a rugged phone and then buy an usb c external endoscope camera or infrared camera or even a colonoscopy camera
- 100% of the time you will be using the operating system and not necesarily the hardware as it literaly is a plastic brick. if software sucks then it's a brick. valid for every phone. thats how apple got away with those iphone 4 and 5 with meh hardware. they have really good software and dev team.

It cannot solve the waterproof problem, and it does not have a thermal imaging camera. A separate thermal imaging camera costs about US$400 (Flir brand).@@Deceba1

Yes, because it is not compatible with most carriers' networks in the United States. Although the Ulefone Armor 18T supports network bands, it is prohibited from using other carriers' networks except T-Mobile. Otherwise, this phone is a pretty good smart tool, cheap and packed with features.
@@alexking9127 I'm in Australia, the only rugged phone I've had is the AGM glory pro, strong tough phone but the camera is pretty useless unless it's a close up pic.
I have the 18t and the software is crap buggy. The duraspeed interferes with all the apps. Tuens on airplane mode for no reason. But something else.
