We moved to Quinby about 4 months ago and we love the area .not sure about making friends people here are very exclusive to themselves and their own ethnicity. But the views and the area absolutely beautiful

love it. Had house on Hungers Creek Vaucluse shores. Back 1980s hardly any houses. 2023 it has exploded. Still amazing place but have to share it with a lot more people. I still own rental home Onancock with same gentleman been renting it over 30 years. make it a priority visit especially Chincoteague north Wachapeague central, Cape Charles South.

Homes , the pathfinder family , we had a home since 1942, well time and the weather has taken it over , I call it the fresh air place to live , well the planes spraying the fields wasn't that great , Old Town and James Circle the new name, the first home built in that area, Thomas James our little store to shop, old rt 13 and Old Town rd. If your money is right BUY and have peace of mind .
