The surprising fact is that there was no MENTION about the type of fish in your Vlog.
1. Was the fish freshwater fish or seawater fish?
2. If it is freshwater - what was the name of the fish?
3. Looks like the fish has a lot of bones then probably it is probably a freshwater fish.
4. Restaurant owner started the business by selling 2 Kgs of fish per day and now selling more than 100 Kgs fish per day. Then it should be freshwater fish and fish can grow very fast otherwise it is nearly impossible to get 100 Kgs of fish everyday.
5. Hope fish is grown in clean fresh water without any pollutants otherwise the public will be consuming pollutants via delicious spicy fish curry.
6. PEOPLE IN KARNATAKA MAY NOT LIKE TO KNOW WHAT FISH THEY ARE EATING AS LONG AS IT LOOKS LIKE FISH - IS IT CORRECT?
