So my suggestion to u brother is to read the Quran with open heart and u can find the truth in Islam

Forgiveness is harder to do the vengeance, its easy to strike back to something that hurt you but harder to forgive and have love towards your enimies. Christians are not weak we dont give in to our human desires and human nature instead we are meant to fight against ourself and be humble.
Yes forgive is difficult, but when people wants to extend corruption (like the schools) or when people will attack you and rhurt your family you must defend yourself. Or not?

To seek justice is encouraged but, forgiveness is a sign of a strong believer and is highly regarded to make amends to purify your souls and the heart.
If you are subject to injustice on an individual scale then it might often be good to be tolerant (I am muslim and understand "turn the other cheek" = be tolerant and forgive like assume the other wronged you out of ignorance or whatever and NOT promote abuse by letting them wrong you more). However if we are talking about large scale injustice then obviously people should not turn the other cheek. If the good people in a society all let the evil do whatever pleases them then the good goes extinct. Also fighting/opposing evil is in a sense an act of worship and requires strength, effort and sometimes sacrifice
I suggest you, to read it slowly. Like, don't complete the whole qur'an in a day and all. You ponder over every ayah. Try to understand why this ayah was revealed. Try to understand every ayah how it wants to be understood. Your intellect may not be able to comprehend some of the verses. And that's completely fine. You listen to the qur'an in arabic. Though you don't understand it. Still it'll melt your heart. You'll never regret listening to it.
My friend we have different capability and capacity to absorb knowledge, it's very good that he was able to finish it in one day alhamdulillah,even though that does not mean that he is going to stop to read it. But he denied their claims and gave an example on how in old testament God called them "gods". god calling them gods in old testament should not be taken literally, just like how it should not be taken literally when he said is one with the father, and if that is blasphemy then they should also take the words in old testament literally which those Jews should also consider blasphemy with their logic. I was like you. Thought the same thing. At the end of my battle, I won. Not because my action toward the person who did bad thing to me, but because being still in His presence. I closed my mouth from praying I didnt wanna hear the word of God because of this bitterness. At the end, He taught me a lot, that I have nothing but Him and it changed me. Through my journey I found Him. The way of His work is different from human perspective. So Bible doesnt work as human perspective, it is on God’s perspective. It seems stupid for this world, but we are not from this world. Even our goodness is like dirty clothes to Him. So nothing we do makes Him happy. It is all because of Him. No one can reach Him unless He reveals Himself like human.

I basically always forgive after I throw all of my frustrations and disappointments. That's fair way to do when someone wrongs me without their intention. But if one intended it, I would also avenge. It's allowed to. Only it's recommended to forgive because Allah will take care of the revenge.
It’s okay to defend yourself and take revenge ONLY to the extent of which you have been wronged. However, Allah prefers for you to forgive.

I actually recently had a religions panel show up to my place of worship and it was really interesting to learn the differences, similarities, and beliefs of each religion there. A decent amount of our religions have more in common than they have differences.

Jesus said no person in this earth is good. So all are having some evils on us so if we resist the evils of a person then Everyone will be resisted one another. But now you love your mother, father, your brother your sister, your friends is because you don’t resist their evil mistakes they did but you forgive and love them with your heart and vice versa.
I would always forgive as we seek more rewards if you do but it's feels good to know that you have a choice and your not denied and stripped off your rights❤

I basically always forgive after I throw all of my frustrations and disappointments. That's fair way to do when someone wrongs me without their intention. But if one intended it, I would also avenge. It's allowed to. Only it's recommended to forgive because Allah will take care of the revenge.
