Actually sir , 7th schedule has been recently updated wrt to all three lists - Updated subjects as per revised latest 7th edition of laxmikant
UNION LIST - 98 SUBJECTS ( originally 97 )
STATE LIST - 59 SUBJECTS ( originally 66 )
CONCURRENT LIST - 52 SUBJECTS ( originally 47 )
CONCURRENT LIST :- The 42nd
Amendment Act of 1976 transferred five
subjects to Concurrent List from State
List, that is, (a) education, (b) forests,
(c) weights and measures, (d) protec-
tion of wild animals and birds, and (e)
administration of justice; constitution
and organisation of all courts except the
Supreme Court and the high courts.
With respect to UNION LIST :- Even now, the last entry is numbered as 97 but the
total number of entries is 98. The entries numbered
as 2A, 92A and 9ZB have been added and entries 33,
92 and 92C have been omitted.
With respect to STATE LIST :- Even now, the last entry is numbered as 66 but the
total number of entries is 59. The entries numbered
as 11 , 19, 20, 29, 36, 52 and 55 have been omitted.

Correct question 53 correct answer would be speaker of Lok Sabha, article 108 when the president addresses a joint session of parliament speaker of Lok ssabha presides over the sitting

Don't pick incorrect information from the constitution... the speaker of Lok Sabha presides the joint seating of both house convened to break the deadlock in passing the ordinary bill

This is decided by NTA and declared in clear terms...but generally if answer is modified only those who ticked modified answer get the marks ..if the question is invalid all get marks
