No Limit and Cash Money are two of the biggest labels ever in rap history -- especially in the South. Even Cash Money's albums before the mainstream success are better than a lot of mainstream albums. BG's It's All on U Vol 1, It's All on U Vol 2, Chopper City; Juvenile's Soulja Rags album and the Big Tymer's How U Luv That are underground classics. Cash Money also had UNLV.
CMR!!! Ain’t no comparison, CMG has yet to have a Wayne on they label. Wayne catalog himself can crush all CMG
Both labels are great in they own way but I have to say that No Limit is the best of all time. every artist on NL went either Gold, or Platinum within weeks and all debuted on the top ten billboard 200.
Cash Money and it’s not even close. CMG on 🔥 right now MMG had they run. Quality Control had a big run Rap-A-Lot is in legend status they really don’t need to compete anymore they already solidified. TDE made a solid run Dr. Dre only needed one artist to push his movement Aftermath can’t forget about Roc Nation. No Limit, Death Row & Bad Boy were all on 🔥🔥🔥🔥 in the 90’s but by the time the 2000’s came they all fizzled out. Diddy made another push tho with Bad Boy South Yung Joc 8Ball & MJG. G-Unit had something but fell off. Bone Thugs had Mo Thugs records in the 90’s both albums went multi platinum. E-40 is quietly getting rich off his independent label Sick wid it/Heavy on the grind cuz was putting out 3/4 albums a year at one point 🔥

@@ChowtimeTV Yea you’re right. Bad Boy had a crazy movement including Roc-A-Fella. Death Row had a big movement but the label always had a dark cloud hovering over them all the time because of the studio beatings, Tupac’s death even Tupac got involve with the fights and other stuff that was going on.
