7.3 VNT? WHAT? Oh man..... I can't wait for that, count me in!
I've installed many ATS turbos on early 6.7 trucks, and haven't had a coma back or known failure yet. Fantastic product quality, better than factory Ford in my opinion as a certified Ford diesel tech. They are solid options compared to the flawed factory units that always have reliability problems.
I also have a 6.0 that I'm tempted to install a KC unit in, but I'm going to check out the offerings from ATS first.
Man I can't believe I can modernize my 7.3 finally, I've been waiting for long for an option of a variable turbo. It's the reason I love my 6.0 so much. It's clean, responsive and makes more than enough power for what I need.
As usual, appreciate the insight into the air side of things, and an outstanding amount of good information that was shared.
