I believe the story is true because he’s not known for inserting himself into made up stories, but I can’t confirm. The album ITS was released November 10 (yes, last year) so I haven’t seen any interviews regarding the new album to fully confirm it.
And yes, Mr T had a bit part in Rocky where he said his iconic line (I pity the fool) about Rocky. Later he was approached about the A team project and agreed to it. Nobody remembers his role in Rocky as someone who actually fought Rocky, but they all remember him from the A team.

Aghah does heavy metal guitar covers of Aesop Rock songs and he just released Black Snow today. It’s off the same album as this one. I don’t care if you react to it or not, I just want you to see it. Search aghah black snow and it will show a dude with a long white beard who covers rap songs
Aes reminds me of those iSpy books we had in the 90’s where there was so much to take in that you’d never notice every detail in each picture until you went back to it over and over each time with an Aha! Moment. It’s the same with his music and with that the replay value is immense.
