This is super, I always would've liked to see what Toon Zelda would be like in smash. The phantom actually makes sense for her to use here.

This not even close to the toon zelda Wind waker.. seems just a skin.. I can see behind her movements and acts the zelda from ultimate-- not even the lighining bow :P I'm disappointed, I hope she will drammatically change in future!! pls consider this comment just as a constructive feedback even tho I didn't write down how she should be.. I would only say you should implement her as Pirate zelda (tetra) that can trasform in princess toon zelda and do various things with this concept!
