The official score standards have not been released for the Space Force PT test yet, so she performed MAX effort on every event. We added the shuttle run to really challenge her. The shuttle run will be a form of "alternate cardio" on the Space Force fitnes test.

This put a BIG smile on my face!
I’m glad !
stop photoshopping your tiny arms in your thumbnail. grown man acting like a woman looking for validation
@howard Hughes that comment was literally the biggest L I have ever seen someone take in my life, I’m embarrassed for you pal 👍🏻
The degradation of the US marines puts a smile on your face?
That explains the physical appearance of Scott Steiner.
@@tegridyweed7863 Hater much?
Elevation is no joke, she’s getting way less oxygen then usual and the fact that she can still preform to this standard is impressive.
Yes it was very challenging
I was doing my best and gave it my all ! Thank you for the support and for watching
You are easily impressed lol
I never understood the whole elevation challenge. Went from Louisiana to Colorado and never felt any difference. Even hiking the peaks.
She's definitely in good shape at 6 minute mile at 6k feet.
Thank you for having me in this video! I did the best that I could ! I hope I can inspire people to go above and beyond and seek self improvement ! Doing this at 6k elevation was challenging and not easy ! Thank you for the positive support ! I’m glad I’m able to inspire you guys in a positive way 💕
Great job!
@@SirBeefers thank you
Good job Staff Sergeant, Semper Fi!
Rah!!! SSgt. Ari!
Way to go! Good job! Semper Fi!
I lost it at “it feels like someone’s sitting on my face …uh chest I’m sorry I’m sorry” 😂😂
😂😂😂
Uh hu, Freudian slip.
It was the most "enlisted" comment I've ever heard 😂
Have to watch at least to see this now
I’m confused, why wasn’t this filmed in outer space?
Aliens 👽 bro
😂
Elevation would have been too much of a factor.
@@CiroVilla how tf you have a verified mark with 28 subs?
@@baked.ginger The mysteries of the Universe...😄
Wow, Ariana is an insane athlete. The 1.5 mile run with elevation at 9:16 only - that's ridiculous
Yes!!! Also I can run 3 miles at 18:30 my best time for 4 miles was 17:47 ! I got a running program I teach the people I train 😄 if anyone is interested I can help
The elevation made it hard to breathe it was a whole different beast running at that pace with lack of oxygen
@@ariananovoa Bruh, those times are great. Meanwhile I'm sitting here doing only 1 mile in 9:30 😂
@@ariananovoa I gotta step my run time up..my 3 mile approx 22-23 😂.
@@ariananovoa nice!
Ariana is one hell of an athlet. What a result, absolutly great 💪🏼
Thank you so much !
@@ariananovoa Thank you for sharing your experience 🙂👍🏼
She is very good! She gets too little credit here.
Ariana is one tough Marine. Outstanding results. Everything impressive. On the run, her lap times were all close. Beast. She never slowed down. Much respect to her and the Marines.
That elevation ain’t a joke. But she STILL performed to perfection. I simply can’t imagine how she would do in a comfortable environment. She would have exceeded expectations drastically. That is someone that I’m proud is serving to protect us.
i live in utah i do this everyday
imagine if she did one more push-up… that’d be a perfect score 👏🏽😅
I know I was mad about it ! But I was also running out of oxygen it was hard to breathe
@@ariananovoa you have a CZcams channel?? 👁 👄 👁 🥰
@@FatherRina yes I do click on my name this is my CZcams channel
the sit-ups, done with the hands across the chest, different than how we did it in the Army in the late 1990s - hands behind the hed hmmm
@@ariananovoa Use that to motivate you to do better, although you already did really good!! Nice job 👍
This is the definition of a strong woman. Damn, I conduct fitness tests for the Air Force and she’s better than most guys
She's not normal. She's a BEAST!!!
and she is at a higher elevation
That cause key word is air force n she is a marine
@@theflyingace9638 yea air force standards are significantly lower, that being said half her pushups and situps wouldn't have counted becouse of form, then again as the af believes in equity instead equality so she might have still have passed
@@evmarekaj Those last push-ups would have counted. The sit-up form was a bit weird since it’s usually elbows to mid thighs, but she did it the same way all the way through and the score keeper didn’t correct her.
She's a beast! I can barely do half of what she did in reps and here she is doing it no problem!
Do you happen to be female?
@@Tetris521 LMFAO wtf
@@Tetris521 I'd like to see you out there
@@shshsh1298 B I could do better than this roided out bih EXCEPT on the mile run.
The space force has the airforce PT standards. Which is one of the easiest one in the entire military. That female Marine just put the entire airforce and space force on notice. Male Marines in my days were held at 20 pill ups 100 sit upstairs in 2 min and 3 mile run with 6 minutes mile held you at a perfect score. Which is 18 min for 3 miles. I had a Colonel that did tge entire PT test in 18 min. That guys was crazy in shape
She's a complete beast and amazing to earn up some $$ for Josh after that accident (he's looking yoked still, so recovery looksike it's going ok),good people all around!!!
Real talk! Being able to help others is what achieving success is about! Sharing the results feels better than being selfish! Props Austen! You da man! Love what you’re doing bro!!💪🏾🔥
Thanks my man 🙏 really appreciate that!
I live in Florida with 0 elevation and to run only a mile takes me like 15 minutes (yeah I'm slow lol). What Ariana did is really impressive, she really killed it out there.
You may be slow but we all start somewhere, keep it up
You can get better! Before I left for navy bootcamp, I ran a mile and a half in 17:35. I trained for 10 weeks and cut it down to 14:20. You just have to be consistent and dedicate yourself and you will get faster :) I’m also like 4’6 so I took so many steps while running haha
She's such an inspiration to always push past expectations! Love this
Thank you so much !
I’m about to join the military in my nation and I’ve been training hard for the BFT test but this right here is something way out of my league for now! I would love to have this training course downloadable. Thanks guys!
What branch and country's military are you joining?
Thanks for having her , I’m sure she’s motivating everyone 💙👊
Thank you for the support B
🤩
I went from being excited to watch her dominate the new Space Force Fitness Test at 6000 ft😯, to being overjoyed seeing Austen surprise Josh.
To infinity and beyond!🥇
Damn they have the fitness gram pacer test. Looks like I can’t join! 😂
Lol wow
This shows the marines are amazing at adapting to the task needed to be done in a speedy/timely manner. Rahhh!! Semper fi!
I’m a Marine !!!!!
* Marines
The space force up in here running the fitness gram pacer test 😂
I thought the navy pfa was easy, this blew my mind 😂
Not only is this video motivation to stay active but it's also moving what you did for Josh! It's so amazing , this means so much to me watching this whole video, it really warmed my heart💙
Wow!!! She’s amazing!!!!!!! My fastest 1.5 mile was 9:30 back when I was 21-23. That’s just wow. Impressive af. I remember throwing up after a pft back in the day. So, kudos to her!
Dang she is in amazing shape. I recently did an agility test at normal altitude and could only get the 1.5 mile run in 11 minutes. Sheesh her pace at that altitude is just something else.
Those push-ups are ridiculous! Great job!
God damn! Now that was a an amazing show of skill for SSG and showing her prowess as a Marine NCO. Truly inspiring! My current NCOs keep me motivated and also are great with pt and help improve each and every one of us. I loved seeing her motivation and seeing her just crush those events at 6k elevation which is just insane without any prep in that elevation level.
btw, Go Army ;)
9.16 minutes. Damn she's fast. I did the exact thing a week ago in a little over 10 and I thought that was quick.
That's pretty wicked for not training at elevation before. I went up to 5,000 feet from sea level for 6 months and was down with altitude sickness for the first month.
well, first of all that lady was amazingly fit , she ran that run she didn't just jog around that she actually ran it , thats amazing and what u guys did for that gentleman also amazing
Y’all are amazing thank you for sharing this and thank you for always inspiring us to be better. Y’all did a wonderful job making this video. Keep up the good work and never give up you guys got this 😁
Great to see you and Ari working together again. I just filmed a couple commercials with Veterans also from Tenet. Hope to work with you all again in the near future.
Yes would love to do that thank you Al
nice!! Hopefully again one day
“I’m used to calling the shots. LT outranks me now” lmao
Austen, Great video. The challenges are always great but the purpose was even better. Thanks to everyone on ur team. The Navy will definitely miss u.
the fact that she killed it, at a higher elevation and without preparing for that elevation is just beyond impressive
GET IT GIRL 🏃♀️ you are in amazing shape and inspire many.🤩
Wonderful what you all did for Josh 🤑
The editing for this was phenomenal dude
Her pushup form and run is incredible wow
What an awesome thing to do for your friend Austen, you are a good person!!
Bro she is a beast 💪 really a different breed
Good recovery on the “sit on my face comment” Austen! 😂 👍
What an awesome offering!!
Good for you 👍!!
Love this vid man keep it up and tell Josh to keep living ❤️💜
You are a complete inspration for anyone who is intrested about army, love you so much bro, wish you the best what ever you want💜💜💜💜💜💜😘😘
Love ❤ you 2
Awww , love Josh, glad he has recovered well
You are awesome man. As a disabled Army Veteran I love watching your videos. At my best before I ever got injured I could run a 9:04 at the Weisbaden Army Airfield in Germany. After my injuries I completed the 2 mile walk in 20 flat on my last PT test before I was medicalled out. Keep the great videos coming and doing the great things you do. God speed and blessing to you. Take care and have a great one.
Great video! And a great cause, Austen; you are a good friend.
She did an amazing job! Very impressed on that run time.
Shes such a powerhouse and an inspiration for all!!!😀💝
A tiny powerhouse
Love watching videos. They’re such an inspiration 💕
🤩🤩🤩
Wow, this really inspired me to go sporting again after my injury. This video was awesome and my god Ariana was a beast in that test and it was with elevation too. Insane athlete !!!
She’s amazing! 👏🏾👏🏾
i recommended this idea on a instagram live! cool to see it become a real video
Yes pretty awesome
Austen seems so nice. He's always so encouraging and positive.
Well done. That is seriously impressive Arianna. Well done.
Oorah! Much respect great cause!🤙🏽👏🏽
Thank you !
Wow that 1.5 mile run. Impressed
Why, that's half of 3 mile she has to do.
My husband and I just started watching and it is motivating us to work out n get in better shape. (We have a shape now, round 😆) we use to be fit but pandemic messed us up. Thanks for videos...
She's GORGEOUS. What an amazing athlete.
She crushed it 💪
Damn I(15yo Male[about 5’5 115lbs]) have an 8 min on the dot fastest mile time, at about 270ft elevation 9:16 1.5 mile at 6000 ft is insane.
Semperfi Fi
Love thee Vids !
Ariana is a machine! I couldn't do that on a good day let alone at elevation. Much respect to her. I seriously need to do more in my own routines to have that kind of capacity.
That Marine is a beast, good for her
Awesome job Ariana👏👏👏👏 Aaaww made me cry in the end.
Thank you so much for watching !
Loved watching this!!!
Thanks Matt!
Omg thank you for helping Josh
Wish I could be in one of your challenges, it would be great for my fitness page and my debut. But for the guy who was in a wreck, Thank God your ok man
She rock that challenge. 👏🏿
It's nice to see my old DI is still around and doing great :)
Awesome brotherhood. Fkn AWESOME! Yutt!
Thank God for these people. I'm fighting off tears right now. -from: a proud to be military family.
Yeah it’s pretty obvious she’s a marine alright lol. The heart and strength is crazy
I’ve requested on current. I love current now! So easy to transfer and set up direct deposit.
You got this Sergent Novoa!!
Ok, she had perfect push-up form, hit the sit-ups, but most impressively she ran at 6 min mile pace for 1.5 miles AFTER a shuttle run at elevation. An absolute queen.
Some will chuckle at this. I went through the USMC boot camp in the fall of 1983 in San Diego at sea level. My MEPS was at El Paso, TX, around 1500 ft elevation. Now add onto that, the far more severe heat and that I went through the scouting program backpacking in the mountain ranges as a teenager. I got to San Diego very relaxed and well rested. I never broke a sweat during the field week. I was in an ambulance with a IV in me as my DIs thought I was in a medical condition. They didn't know I was not yet taxed with their light packs and walk through the gentle hills. My brief rest on a litter and in the shade of an ambulance came to an abrupt end really quick. They could only shake their heads because I was not falling behind.
Thank you your service sir, I am one who would chuckle at this because I am a Marine (hollywood) who trains at altitude, While no laughing matter, I know i could knock out this Pt test with absolute ease and would like to see how the space force adapts to the results they get in future years, i can do well over 45 pushups, around 75 crunches in a minute, and i do love to run.
I'll have to attempt an offical one some time 😁
From the Community too, thank you Current for sponsoring this Video.
This was awesome to watch.
1. She didn’t even have time to acclimate to the elevation.
2. She has better form than most people I know that take the same test.
3. She got a better run time than 90% of men I know in the Space Force/ Air Force.
She’s a f’n beast
She is harder and tougher than me. I'm 6ft 80 kilos. I would never test her. I know my limits. Hardcore respect. I couldn't test myself v that lady. I'm not stupid.
She is a beast! Great job!
I just realized you guys are at my school😂 that’s dope
Great! Now that we have a space force, is there going to be a JROTC program for kids walking around in astronaut suits in school?
Lol that would be cool guardian style
Lmfao
👽 style lmao 🤣
Man I couldn't run a 1.5 mile that fast at sea level even before I jacked my knee up!
Austen you gave me that laugh of my entire week on minute 7:47 with your " feel like somebody sat on my ...." Im sorry papi, on where????? LMAOOOOOOO
Jesus she’s strong asf, this is definitely a humble competiton.
I can’t even do the 1.5mile in 9:16 without elevation 🥵😂🤣
Being in a high elevation environment is so good for your lungs. After spending a year in the mountain ranges of Afghanistan I came back running 2 -miles in 11.5 minutes and not even winded. Also in ranger school and jump school NONE of those situps would have counted!
Aye good stuff also I leave for Navy basic in February!!🇺🇸🇺🇸
I loved this video
Thank you!
the fact that there are people who think females shouldn’t be on the front lines.... they clearly have not seen this woman’s strength and dedication. she is an absolute machine - those push-ups are better than any mans push-up i’ve ever seen lol
Correction in the video title- Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps destroys Space Force fitness test. Rah, and Semper Fi
I said this already many times, but you are an awesome person Austin. Unfortunately, as far as I know, not many people are like you.
Ariana is incredible!!! what a strong woman.
Let's just call it what it really is. Air Force+
Those were excellent push-ups! Those are some of the best push-ups I've ever seen a woman do. Those were great for anyone, especially a woman! Way to go!
Good job Novoa. I saw the first part of the video and put up a timer to see how many pushups I can do in a minute and it was 52. I'm quite happy.
Wow! She is amazing!!
The sit ups in other branches are just waaaaaay too easy. Basically crunches. Thankfully the Navy is doing planks now.
HOWEVER! She was a boss with those push ups! Proper push ups 100%
