64gb nowadays isn't enough anymore... If you're gonna use this casually, it's enough, especially since it's expandable, but if you wanna play games, unless it's the mediocre ones, your storage will be filled immediately with the updates... That 128gb is a good deal

but if u choose 128gb, just add a little more then u get Redmi Note 10 Pro with SD 723G & 108mp shooter, amoled panel too
it should be enough for casual people who mostly do social media,taking photos,watching video and etc but i always recommend to buy the 128 variant when your a gamer

MediaTek pulled a fast one here. You'd think the higher number over the g95 would be faster , but it's actually a bit slower than the g95 .
I think its focus on the camera quality and display quality
because its not yet optimized.
I'm on realme 6 and it's running on G90t. Very impressive. Not sure how 95 and others compare to it.

Sounds like a great Christmas gift.
i've been watching a lot of reviews to different devices but honestly this one made me impressed and i think that this phone will be suitable for me especially in online class and for gaming. my phone won't work good anymore and i wanted to buy a new one and i think realme 8i is the one that i will buy if i have enough money! thank you so much for this review
Competing phones of same price & specs :
1. X. Redmi Note 10s
Amoled display BUT with 60Hz refresh rate. PERO 8gb RAM na and has ultrawide lens.
Verdict : Realme 8i still has a better display output, with better looking pix overall.
2. Oppo A74 4G
Almost the same as Redmi Note 10s, has Amoled screen as well.
Verdict : Realme 8i still the winner at higher refresh rate and better performance of its CPU's and chipset.
3. Infinix HOT 11S - very BIG display with almost same specs din with the other 3 brands, BUT with 10k price tag compared to the 12k prices of 8i, Redmi Note 10S & Oppo A74.
Verdict : Fearful IF Infinix is a quality brand that will last, with no issues in its units. Realme still a winner tho due to overall performance.
4. Others with same specs and price : Vivo Y33s, Samsung A12, Tecno Camon 17P.
Go for Realme 8i if budget permits, Tecno and Infinix are real good contenders.

My first choice po is Redmi Note 10S over Realme 8i. Should I go for 8i na po ba? Im more on multitasking and medium gaming. I don't mind the camera much. I also use s lot of apps fir editing.
Sir Mec, go for your 1st choice, the Redmi Note 10S. Its really a great jack-of-all-trades, and that 8GB Ram is a WINNER pagdating sa multitasking. Cheers!

I'm waiting for this to come out and it's price because I'm Thorn between realme 8i and Redmi note 10s and kinda disappointed it's over price .now it's final I'm going Redmi note 10s 8/128 which is only 10,179 for 8/128

Overall super smooth Hinde masyado Malaki maganda cam maganda performance kaysa note 10pro cuz I have both .
So ganito Kong performance wise at gaming note 10s piro pag camera bigger display with 120hz note 10 pro

This might be the best offering of the whole realme 8 series in my opinion. The Pro's 108MP camera may help it stand out, but getting 120Hz on a phone that costs less than even the standard realme 8 is nice even if it's LCD. Meanwhile, the realme 8 5G's edge is just its 5G capabilities but its relatively affordable price for a 5G phone can also help it stand out.

@@Rans4211 for me it depends o what exact soc is being used, I'm not really into chipset wars, of course 8 is bigger than 6, but u have to consider other things.
Med helio is usually for budget gaming devices, I like the G 80-90 series, gives u better performance than budget SD chips esp. SD600 and below.
But the SD 700 series and above are better than Helio G 80-90 series, they also say that SD chips optimizes faster than MTK chips, and developers love SD more than MTK so more customizations are available for it as well.
So to answer ur question, IF ang SD is, let's say 732G, ok lng kht 6gb for me, than for instance an 8gb MTK Helio G95, esp, if ung model ng phone mo supports RAM extension then the 2gb lost wont be much of a problem.
