You guys do a great job helping out the needy. It always surprises me that the neighbors can't see the yard needs some work and go ahead and spend some time doing the work themselves before the yard gets too far gone for their equipment.
i think that they are just hanging in there day to day to get through the day so that outside takes a backseat and then its a mother to clean

Lawn care juggernaut already found a body in a home he mowed. Kind of scary to think that could happen and the neighbors hadn't noticed. People need to check on Thier neighbors if they haven't seen them around and Thier yards start showing neglect.

Invest in a Ventrac 4500.. you'll be able to devastate trees, limbs and 10 foot tall brush! These extremely overgrown lawns will be a breeze! They are a little pricey ($24K+ new) but on these HOT HUMID days you won't die trying to help people lol. Plus you'll have new clients and content that would probably pay it off in one season. (maybe It's His Turf can flip the bill and you can use it...haha)
