Depends if you have insurance, but if look the Uber rates it might be cheaper to call the ambulance uninsured!
Thanks Greg! I live in Tokyo, and pre-fab homes are pretty standard here. Giants like Panasonic (PanaHome) are doing it very well, and I’m sure they are looking to expand more into the west. Probably learnings there.

Ironic that an AirBnB founder wants to build housing units. Right? AirBnB is a marketplace business, manufactures no physical goods, owns no physical assets, no physical inventory, and $0 cost of inventory, now wants to build a construction + manufacturing company with the opposite operating model.

He really advocating surge pricing for the consumer? As if the consumer should be happy that it’s expensive.
