Definitely like the video style, I also make pottery as an amateur and you glossed over one of the bigger time sinks for my process - finishing, fettling, sanding, refiring, and cleaning.
First you have to clean up and neaten the greenware, then once you bisque it you have to sand the bisque, and after the glaze firing you'll be sanding again for rough edges and the very occasional (knock on wood) glaze imperfection, grinding any glaze on kiln shelves, refiring pieces that didn't get 100% fired (or had glaze issues), and then of course at the end cleaning up clay, raw glaze, heavy metals (!!), dust, ash, broken or exploded greenware or shattered finished pieces, spilled reclaim, and of course settling out sediment from water. And that leaves aside kiln, wheel, tools, bats, and other equipment maintenance, building maintenance on the pottery itself, cutting and stacking wood for firing, buying raw materials...
It's a time sink but I love the results (even just a couple years in), your gallery looks amazing!

There’s a boring element in every endeavor. Sports, music, math, parenting etc.
so it’s wonderful you at least love your activity even through the boring parts.
