Kind regards, from, Paul Law.
How do you manage to stay so skinny, and not end up with a "quad belly"? I love the mirror in your bedroom! And, do you ever have leg spasms? Or feet spasms?
Ashlynn Marie yesss! Tons of tattoos under my level of injury. Spasms on my legs. Not much else problematic. - and the bed is sooo much comfier when it takes so much work to get into. 😛

don't want to come off rude, but I've noticed a lot of quadriplegics are really thin, doesn't it have to do with the injury? not trying to offend anyone, I'm genuinely curious

Stephanie L - Everyone is a bit different. I have always been skinny, even before my injury. There are a few bigger quads out there too though.
