How do you manage to stay so skinny, and not end up with a "quad belly"? I love the mirror in your bedroom! And, do you ever have leg spasms? Or feet spasms?

@@Ghostopherr Hello Christopher, how are you doing? Very good transference from your wheelchair to your bed. Hope your O.K. It’s a very good idea to use a slide board to help you to transfer from your wheelchair to your bed. You did a great job. Keep on practising. You will get better and better everyday. Your a very nice man! I like your video. Keep up the good work. Stay strong, positive and healthy. Kind regards, from, PaulLaw.

don't want to come off rude, but I've noticed a lot of quadriplegics are really thin, doesn't it have to do with the injury? not trying to offend anyone, I'm genuinely curious

    • @Ghostopherr

Stephanie L - Everyone is a bit different. I have always been skinny, even before my injury. There are a few bigger quads out there too though.
