In addition, INT 4 is probably the lowest you could run a operational character as Baboons have INT 4 on their stat block and primates have more or less the same capabilities as a humanoid only on a lower and narrower level.

The Lich, giving you a cold stare, reaches into his cloak and pulls out an eight-sided die. You dare not approach, for it was clear this was no ordinary die for gambling. 'Care to cast lots?' The Lich echoes into your head.
Chills run down your spine as the die is cast, the possibilities of The Lich's implications running through your mind. A great randomness of unknowns awaited you in a few mere moments and a great randomness of terrifying power The Lich awaited.
Then, in horror, you blink and find... Oh, what's this? The die is laid across the cobblestone floor with an impossible value. A cheated die lay before you... It's topside revealing its numerical inscription... A "9"...
Nothing is heard... Not even your breath. You only hear The Lich's voice utter a single word, one so muffled yet clearly identified in its meaning.
    "Kill."
No thoughts. You are simply no more.

In a campaign where I played an artificer, our DM found an Unearthed Arcana subclass called "mechanic." It allows the construction of vehicles up to a certain scale, that have various properties depending on what the artificer is trying to make. When implementing the subclass, though, there was no real specification of what a vehicle IS. Land vehicles specialized in speed and agility, for example. I believe the dimensional limitations on it were 20 feet in all three axis. So, by the way it was written, a 2009 Toyota Camry was technically a perfectly valid vehicle choice, so long as it could be produced using magical means, and reasonably developed through careful research. My DM was not amused by that idea, but it was worth the shot.

About the only one I can think of offhand is for Pathfinder. Comprehend Language stipulates that you can understand one language that you can read or hear. Upcast, it allows the caster to also speak that language. Normally not an issue...till you realize that eldritch languages are languages you can read or hear. This resulted in my Dwarf going temporarily insane when faced with an eldritch horror that he could *actually understand.*

The rules of the deck of many things state that you need to say how many cards you will draw beforehand, and doesn’t say what happens if you don’t. Therefore, we can assume that nothing happens if you just don’t announce the number and start drawing cards, meaning that it is technically 100% within the rules to stack the DoMT, and know what’s in each spot, so you and your teammates only pull the good cards.

I just found out that improvised ranged weapon uses dexterity. I guess we always used strength 🤔 Not like it comes up in the game often.
It's a bit off-topic, but it's kinda sad that you can't use a broken chair as your spellcaster focus if you are a tawern brawler sword bard (improvised weapon is neither martial nor simple, even if you are proficient with it). I probably would allow it, because it sounds hilarious, but I don't run D&D, and there is no analogue to it in ICRPG.

I wanna do cool moments. Probably something that's already done but hey everyone wants a chance to gloat so im gonna try and get mine.
So here's the set up. We were playing in a Theros campaign, though there were some edits made to the setting. Allowing all the races, and classes. The DM was also a big greek mythology nerd like i am, so we just used them instead of the Theros gods who are close enough but different enough. We got a prophecy at the start of the campaign about how there was a sickness in each of the different Poluses and we had to root them out to save the setting. Cool.
So fast forward to the actual story. I was playing a Minotaur Barbarian named Granite who had some religious ties (He came from a temple of Athena in Labyrinth city of Skophos.) The Issue with this Polus was that, despite its ties to Demeter, the local government was beginning to strip the land of its resources. This was because the Apprentice to the Oracle here, Lorne, had taken over after his master had mysteriously fallen ill. He was 'weak enough that an audience had to be carefully considered.' i'm certain you all can see where this was going and so did we. We managed to convince the counsel that we needed to talk to the Oracle, against Lorne's wishes. So we did. And being the most religiously inclined, i volunteered to go inside.
Now I was paranoid about some sort of bullshit that Lorne might do to wipe my dude's memory. After all, I was a Barbarian and despite having some knowledge his stats were not great at mental saves. But I did have an amazing idea. I had, a few sessions before, acquired myself a masquerade tattoo. At the time, I thought it would be good for some minor aesthetic things Since I had a cool magic item and I wanted to try out one of the new tattoos. So I hatched a brilliant plot and waited. The time came, and the conversation with the oracle was had. But as it concluded, and i was led just outside the room (Because the rest of the party was made to wait just outside the house), Lorne stopped me and said that while the conversation was certainly enlightening, it was time for me to *Forget* and cast Command on me. Make a wisdom save. And I failed. All of that conversation went scattering from my mind like a split bag of marbles. And i was escorted outside with a fuzzy feeling like i had just forgotten something very important. The party asked me how I thought it went, and Lorne spoke for me saying that the Oracle had been too tired to say much. We knew he was lying, but he was also a trusted member of the local government so we couldn't just call him out. So we went back to our rooms. However, that's when my plan kicked into gear. Because here's the fun thing about Masqurade Tattoos. You can control their shape, their size, howmuch of your body they cover, Whether or not they move, ect. And my dude noticed a little bit of text on the palm of his hand that disappeared beneath his fur. And so he took a dagger and shaved some of the fur back. And showed more and more words.
I had used my Masqurade tattoo to record the entire conversation like I was a scribe for a legal hearing. Every word, right up to the word *Forget*. We immediately rushed this information to the other counsel members, who took our side and said they'd dispatch the guards to have Lorne arrested in the morning. We wound up confronting him and a Boneclaw that had attached itself to him since we knew he wouldn't linger till morning. But It's a moment I am extremely proud of personally.
There was also the time that my Swashbuckler Pirate Picked a little girl up and ran her across a rope back to our ship. But Enari is a character still in play and while I have fun stories those will be told at another time.
