  • The Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 gets a custom 49 teeth rear sprocket (two teeth bigger than stock) from RACE Factory, which helps it put down torque better at revs lower than 3,000 rpm.
In this video, we will install and test the new sprocket to see whether it has improved daily riding in traffic.
If you are interested in buying this sprocket, you can contact Joe from Race Factory on his Instagram page: / r.a.c.e.factory or call him at +91 8438220848
Price for full kit: Rs 6,500 + shipping charges
    Full kit includes:
    15T Front sprocket
    120 link chain
47 or 49T stainless steel rear sprocket
If you just want the stainless steel rear sprocket: Rs 4,000 + shipping charges
Aluminium rear sprocket (full kit) - Rs 7,000 + shipping charges
Aluminium rear sprocket (alone) - Rs 4,500 + shipping charges
I hope this video helps you.

Bruh at this point . This dude has already invested half a Himalayan more on that bike 😂. And i am here for it.

Of all the channels who have bought a Himalayan 450 and made videos about, yours is the only one I can actually watch for true insights. Id love if you could also explore the tourer side of this machine.

Next upgrade, suspension swap. Then chassis swap with a dirt bike, then 2T swap. Eventually only a plate bearing the name himalayan would be found somewhere on the motorcycle 🤣

That the plan when mine arrives, hopefully towards the end of next month. A 49 tooth will suit our speed limits here (110kph) any faster can be tiring and distract from viewing the scenery. And I plan to spend as little time on fast roads as possible. Enjoy your channel & what you are up to. Cheers from downunder.

  • @da_Silentman

Does it needs to change the stock chain?

  • @mallelli99

  • @tashibhotiya3648

    Where is r18?

  • @user-pj1vl5nz7c

    What happened to r15 project

  • @instaranjanvlog

What if we change the front sprocket instead of the rear ones. Is there any issues or difference with the initials ?

  • @threatripper

More torque and less speed 👍

  • @MrMRSAF

Thanks Abhinav for testing and sharing all possible options on making Himalayan a better ride.

  • @mallelli99

I was literally waiting for this mod/jugad for long. Indeed I was thinking of going for lower teeth sprocket in the front

  • @girishraya

Thanks Abhinav for this great information 🙏🏾

  • @DAILY_FACTS_TREAT

Did you installed front Sprocket also or just rear one ? Stock front socket has how many teeth ? Kit comes with 15 teeth.

  • @rkdash2006

    great original content .. amazing

  • @CampTlangram

My Xpulse 200T e20 version has 42teeths stock sprocket. I used to ride my bike up hill regularly. It seems stock sprocket size is ideal for riding on hilly road.

  • @thebikerman_

I felt that the Himalayan had a pretty short 1st gear in its stock condition. How is it now after the sprocket change?

  • @rohitbasavaraj

I like the mirror,,, which one is that?

  • @NoRoads2AllRoads

Sir, I've been following this video series since the beginning... At this point, what is the full wet weight of the bike? I lost track ... Have you changed the exhaust yet? I don't think so right? Thank you

  • @amriteshdev

Hi Abhinav - did you get a chance to test the top speed ?
