I own a equipment rental store and one thing I rent for grand openings is a spot light … what used too be huge 3’ machines requiring 220 volts are now a 1’ square box and runs on 110 and you can adjust the beam wide or tight and it is done with buttons that make the motion look mechanically perfect and this looks a lot like what’s going on with all this lower then clouds smoke . Not saying that this is that but it sure looks just like what I rent .
Not saying it's not it. But it looks like the air is not very clean, some smog and vapor is always in the air in the middle of a city. With that and such strong light spot on the clouds it should have a beam of light visible from the ground towards the spot. It looks like the clouds were lighted from above, not from below
It’s interesting that once the clouds clear the object disappears. This suggest that the clouds are needed to reflect the beam of light from the ground and probably not something sinister or extraterrestrial.
The interesting thing about that aspect is.... the lower hanging scud would give away the beam direction and location. I didnt see any did you? I agree it looks much like a light shining on the underside. But I didnt see the telltale scud passing through the beam.
And please dont be offended, I honestly didnt see any give aways. If I hadn't seen similar phenomena I wouldnt say anything. I've even found some interesting DEA drones, up to 3 of them, flying simultaneously in my area. The give away was they are required to have FAA regulation lighting.

@@dontnonowuno9953Imho in his UFO videos I only see: a) Birds/bats; b) Satellites/ISS/Starlink; c) Spotlights. Straight fact: if you check where he filmed the plane you'll the that the body f it it's completely white (unreal luminosity just created by the camera features), that's the same reflectance that make able to see birds/bats in white which, for a non-trained eye, give the illusion of luminous objects when they aren't. And those movements also match with birds/bats. I rewatch his videos a lot of times and for me there's no doubt that none of them shows an actual UFO, and really sorry for him, since the worse thing for a researcher is to rush conclusions cause after that your credibility will be always put on judgement. You cannot say "this for me is definitive" while showing two birds playing in the sky... again, remember the point i made about the "luminous" plane's body.

I wasn't there, but it is weird. Are spotlights common in your area? St Louis USA when I was a kid there were 'search lights' that scanned the skies. 9 out of ten time you could track that 'search light' to a car dealership. I think the FAA did away with search lights.
And from my memory the images on the clouds from 'searchlights' really looked nothing like the lights in this video. They were big splashy reflections you could see the vortex of light from the ground to the cloud... from a light 6 feet high. Good catch!
I have seen someone here in Southern California project a green laser light on clouds. Very similar. Keep looking up! Thanks for your diligence!
Laser pointers and cloud painting at nights is fun. But must be super careful and never point any laser at or near any aircraft in the air.Some of the things you see at night flying around up there is absolutely incredible!! And unidentifiable too Mejo!! 😮😊😅

I don't think it's coming from balconies in sight but one on other side if building. If you film from street on other side if this building next time, you might see flashes from a balcony. Just trying to help you.

Hi Justin, Great stuff as always, I particularly like the small ones darting around in the black sky.. Very compelling! The large one however doesn't impress me at all from the perspective I have of it because to me it rather looks like someone playing with an event light and shining off of the clouds, and you're just seeing the reflection. Now, If I were there in person and could see it more clearly and the light was becoming from behind the clouds, I'd be more impressed but even then, as a drone pilot I've seen lots of drones that could do this easily. It also defies reason that if they were trying to stay hidden, why would they be putting on a light show for everyone to see? Anyway around it's very cool and I'm always impressed with your work.

I am happy he started leaning into the UFO stuff too. Don’t get me wrong I enjoyed his bigfoot content for years and msybe that thing is out there somewhere. I just think gather evidence of a UFO proves way more fruitful. I remember years back during one of his documentary expeditions he was up in the mountains and then he saw these lights flying around under the tops of the mountains that were very clearly something otherworldly. That was the first time he really put up something like that. I suppose this video could be lights off of cllouds but that seems improbable just because he sits out there all the time and watches for UFO’s at his own house. Surely he would’ve noticed them before. That being said even if they are airport search lights he has caught balls of light doing insane maneuvers and 3 lights forming a triangle in the same way. So he is definitely catching evidence right outside his house
Looks to me like a spotlight or then very powerful flashlight or torch. What was the cloud ceiling that day i wonder?
It looks like someone playing with an Imalent SR32, an Olight Marauder or some other extremely strong flashlight against the low hanging clouds. It may have been mounted on a tripod or something similar.
I’m not saying you faked it, all I’m saying is what it really looks like. Someone else may have played with their torch. God knows I’ve done the exact same thing on more than one occasion.
The only thing I can think of (besides a UFO) is someone using a projector from a rooftop. Only because the light goes back to its exact same spot in relation to the balconies. Both spots that it stays static. And when it moves quickly, it’s almost as if someone might be changing a filter or lens on it. 🤔

First of all i watched this on my iphone, so this it what i see, that light in the sky, always at the same spot, looks like a flashlight idea spot, have you ever played with lights as a kid? well I’ve seen lots of lights that you don’t see where it’s coming from, and everything about how this light is moving is just like someone from one of those balconies above you in the other building is playing with a light that is reflecting off the cloud. When the cloud goes thin it looks farther away and also goes dim. It has all the erratic characteristic movement of someone holding and playing around with a light imo.
But half way through the video i no longer see anything for the rest of the video, so not sure what that part was all about.

Looks like somebody's playing with some high grade modern flashlight or laser ,stadium.lights etc,it's switching between modes are very telling.
Our sightings are so similar.
And how we arrived at the experiences are similar as well.
It kind if looks like a pre programmed like show used for dance clubs. Someone living in the apartments might be just running equipment test against clouds. It would have to give some outline if solid object to make think otherwise.

It would never let itself be seen when the cloud thinned out in the cameras view.
This suggests it knows ur looking and moves before u see it clearly while if u were from another angle u would have seen it.

Justin, what made you go and film when you did? I know you have filmed there before a number of times, but was this just another random wait and see or something else? Also, in your mind/head did you "ask" to see them? I had something similar happen after seeing strange lights, when I "asked" again for it to show itself when I had someone else with me as a witness, and it happened again multiple times. Just curious.
The evening my husband, two life-long friend and I saw a craft, just before it appeared I said out loud, "This is the kind of night people go missing." We were the only ones on the lake in their party boat. Nothing happened. It lowered in the sky toward us, seemed to stop and then shot up like a bullet into the night sky. We four have been looking up at the night sky in the part of Maine for close to 40 years each summer. Now I don't know if that is considered calling something up but I'll tell you, it appeared right after I said what I said.

I wouldn't think even with a spot light someone could zoom around that quick and it land in the exact spot time and time again. Plus you could see the haze of the beam coming from the ground.
They are probably programmed to make patterns in the sky and that's what we see here

Some of your stuff is really compelling, but this may be misidentification. I suggest trying to recreate that by renting out a powerful skylight.
It definitely appears when there's only a very thin layer of clouds, if any. At 20:37 you can clearly see two of them, and the fixed one stops shortly after that while there are still clouds. At 22:11 when he's filming a different time, you see that star-like object twinkling, but it's not a star. I know the footage is grainy, but it looks like there are many star-like flashes all over the place along with a few of the big lights moving and flashing through the clouds. Then when the lighting changes at 26:10, you start to see flashes everywhere. At 28:15 we see the second solid "star" appear in the clouds and a third lower one forming a triangle, and then a fourth one. At 28:52, he clears up the shot and most of the clouds have gone. We see the two flashing stars that seem to come and go. At 33:15 it becomes a free-for-all with flashes all over the place. I THINK THE VIDEO ROCKS!!

1978 on my way to school with mom in eastern Oregon. I saw a light in the clouds that was exactly what you filmed. Only one light, not four. Pretty strange stuff....
Its a flashlight on the clouds at night, the flashing is just the strobe flash mode...??

This is really intriguing. Whatever it is is above the clouds, and must be incredibly bright to illuminate the clouds like that. Furthermore, the flashing of light is fast, and I doubt any terrestial craft is allowed or able to do that; they have set rules for lights and how they are displayed. As for the way it moved away and returned makes me believe, if this is a genuine video, then it has to be an alien ship, something made by people from somewhere else.

I'm just watching this on TV, to me, it looks like it is communicating by morse code,
Was a big fan of this channel but with this video, one can tell…a). it is a flashlight of sorts because it only stops when a the flashlight ‘beam’ is hidden by the building. b). While the light spot is moving across on clouds, it does so quite quickly, also to not show the beam going from the ground to the light spot on cloud. c). Light spot only lights up when on a cloud and not when in the clear spots of sky as it should, even when the cloud moves further from the building…so does the light spot. d). And in what city, or place, are emergency sirens blaring continuously for over 35 minutes? Come on Justin. 🤷🏻🤪🤦🏼♂️ I was a fan.

I’m not a drone expert. But some of the lights look to move too fast and change direction to be a drone. Maybe it’s some cool spotlight tech. Or lazer pointer?
I’ve seen this same thing in Phoenix Arizona. The only difference was that there was 3 lights that took off one by one.

Whatever that thing is, it's bizarre and it's within the clouds, not projected onto them. You can clearly see that. Coupled with all the other insane things he's been capturing in the sky, it's not a stretch to think it's otherworldly.

You should shine a high powered laser up at it to see what happens.
These behave exactly like spotlights at events. The Calgary Stampede used to do similar at Cowboys and it would shine 4 lights like this into the clouds, they'd move, rotate, and stop, exactly like this one behaves. This isn't nearly as compelling as some of your other videos -- that's a light projected from below. I'd look around your city for any clubs that have had grand openings - these lights will often be out front on some kind of red carpet. Alternatively these are just lights being tested. There's nothing unidentified about it other than those who haven't seen these lights before.

This is probably the worst footage you could have shown from the film, literally everything else from the film is almost undeniable, but this is just like a stage light most likely. Show literally anything else from that film and it'll be good.
You can meditate and call them in, works great in groups too. You can call them with your mind, people around there are meditating and calling them and asking for help. They are the Angels not fallen but real Angels
Careful though. I've heard only some of them respond to this and not all of them are the good ones.
