Incredible! Amazing that you did this so quickly. Former SE here. You've inspired me to start working on some personal projects I've been putting off. While I don't really need a girlfriend/boyfriend since I'm married and don't lack for companionship, I can imagine how this technology could be useful for education and business. Imagine George Washington chatting with you about his life? The pics would be hilarious. I think it would be fun to create a silly talking character to make my kids laugh. Thanks for the video!

I am having a blast. Your code really works. I ran into a few minor speed bumps regarding playsound and langchain installation (rust and wheel issues). Plus I had to get a paid tier now on Open Ai since my trial credits were used up. But it is all totally worth it. -Great work. Thanks mate !

im getting an error saying "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'langchain' . I quadruple checked all spelling and even made sure my python and pip are updated fully. what other things do I need to check?

Jason thank you very much for making this tutorial. I have never coded anything in my life before a few days ago when i watched this video. I then downloaded python, and then pycharm but then switched to VSC. I was able to replicate what you did here and get it working exactly as you did just from this video. I had a few bugs at first which turned out to be typos of course lol. Thank you very much for making this. You have inspired me to start learning to code.

when I first came across this code, I couldn't get it to run. So I started python courses and I started to understand the debug error' msg's i was getting. After a few weeks of python classes . I was able to get the CB to work. Only issues I was having was getting the voice to work. I get all the text but I was not hearing the audio. Anyhow, I loved the challenge of it all and this is a good tutorial if you just take your time if your a beginner.

It would be cool if you can make a tutorial integrating sadtalker to take the generated speech and turn it into moving video character. If you can make it so that every person has a personalized ai companion and if it can store history it would be a game changer.

@@AIJasonZ If you're pinging the OpenAI API for sexualised responses, you can look forward to a "spicy" email from OpenAI at some point. Even if your app isn't passing input/output via their moderation endpoint, they do monitor internally for misuse which will eventually result in a cease and desist warning.
