So Joey and Garnt thought Connor was talking about the fridge at 2:11 and Connor didn't realize that they thought about the fridge. Then Joey must've heard at 2:28 "I'm taking the old one from this (dude)" when it was supposed to be (studio), doesn't help that Connor is pointing in his direction, thus the misunderstandings further grow. Joey was saying at 2:37 "So are you actually taking ours?" as in the fridge in his house and Connor must've thought that "ours" meant the studio's one. Lmao Connor at 2:41. And Garnt at 2:42 must've thought that Connor was gonna take the fridge from the studio. Damn the level of misunderstanding this went through lol.
In the end Connor was gonna take the washing machine from the studio, Garnt thought Connor was gonna take the fridge from the studio and Joey thought Connor was gonna take his fridge. Beautiful.
and then at 3:17, the tissue paper interruption basically refresh their minds and settled the misunderstanding.

the misunderstanding started when Connor mentioned cockroaches. despite their previous topic talking about washing machine, the mention of that creature immediately switches Joey and Garnt's perspective to "fridge".
then Connor didn't mentioned what "it" is for a while. even when he did a couple times, the boys still stuck on the idea that Connor was talking about his fridge

I think you can follow his story very clearly but Joey and Garnt know that Connor have a cockroach-infested fridge. When he mentioned that, Connor was talking about his laundry machine not his fridge but both are infested. Joey and Garnt thought he's talking about the fridge and so the misunderstandings begin. Joey thought Connor gonna take his fridge, Garnt thought Connor gonna take the fridge from the studio and Connor is talking about his old laundry machine.

But since they didn't know how washing machine also had cockroaches as they only knew his fridge did, try thought he was talking about taking a fridge rather than taking a washing machine. Also he said here as in the studio rather than Joey's house which I think they just didn't here.
