Guide them with the right people to help them cope and know what you say “ Place your worries and cares in my hands” praying for those therapist to be guided through you to help those individuals suffering! I’m going through the hardest thing I’ve ever faced in my life, and I can’t fix it. God, please restore it, you know the situation. It hurts so much that I’m drained physically, mentally and emotionally. I can’t handle it, and I’m trying to fully trust God, but I can’t fully let go and let God. Help me, Lord. I’m in absolute torment and turmoil inside and I need His help.

i really needed this today thank you so much for this. as soon as i started praying along i started to cry. thank you for helping me with my anxiety. i resently had a really bad anxiety attack and i asked my father if he could please call the ambulence which hasnt happened in such a long time since i stopped taking all the meds its been years. im going back to therapy here soon, as soon as the doctor at the hospital sat down with me and didnt demand me to get help but he asked me to try therapy and meds again. he did tests on my heart and my lungs and he said my results came out beautiful!! i felt like i was getting a little bit of anxiety and i never pray which i am now always gonna pray, im so sorry for ever doubting you god especially in hard times.
edit: i felt like i was gonna have a panic attack while saying this prayer, but i came to the realization that it was me letting go of my anxxiety to jesus christ. i was never religous but after today i am christian.
