It's not too bad, just the mounts because the gearbox is on the opposite side, so either the conversation mounts are best and easiest! or on the cheap you could drill out the spot welds from a ep3 chassis and swap them in but that's a lot of work, also the abs stuff gets in the way a bit. If you want to use stock ep3 ecu you'll need to immobiliser coding (what we did initially) but really you want to go aftermarket ECU like hondata then disable immobiliser in there. Also either way you need to swap some pins around in the ep2 chassis harness so they match the k20 engine loom and wire up a relay for the O2 sensors pre heat. I've got some guides for this somewhere if you need them let me know. And I'm pretty sure we had to get ep3 subframe/hubs/brakes and think we used the ep3 front suspension while we was at it. And make a hard-line to extend the clutch cylinder lines. It's a lot to do but not bad if you've done stuff before
@jameswil legend mate thank you so much for replying and yeah if I could have those guides that would be great picked up an engine for 200 with loom and ecu so got a bargain car needs a new subframe as corroded so ideal for a k20 one anyway

We started with A3 with some mount I welded up to get it goin on the cheap and then went to after market mounts and k24, it was a beast but the engines out now waiting to go in my s13 once I get my current project done. How would you like me to send the guide pics for wiring? I'll help out where i can if you hit any problems, I've even got a tune I made for the k20a3 for hondata if you go that way 😁 mild on timing but still ripped, one with overrun pops if your in to that too but it gets annoying after a bit haha
