Some things such as deep conditioning homemade mask and hair oil can help as well. Using healthy washing and styling habits, avoiding harsh hair treatments, and eating a nourishing diet will make your hair looking healthy again in no time. In this video, I will be sharing 3 easy and natural ways (bedtime hair growth exercise, vitamin, iron, biotin, iron and protein rich drink / food and diet, oil, and egg yolk, that can reduce the damage to your hair and lessen hair fall, and make your hair stronger, longer, healthier and will help hair grow fast.
