At least you are getting through the journey but I went through Apgains guide on my F2P alt for just around a year and a half now and have just finished farming the lasts characters shards (except WAT and JMK) for the whole guide. around 3M GP (bloating for CAT) etc. What is your farming looking like, or your guild. Have you been missing days or farming inefficiently? would love to know and maybe I can give some advice :) also I know im like 5 months really late so if you have finished the guide by now im sorry lmao.
Great guide! I slightly prefer going for executor a little earlier just for crystal income but I agree Kenobi is such a good first GL to have, you just have to try to get to 4 million GP ASAP to get CAT from proving grounds. I also prefer going for Jabba before JML because it’s similar reqs with both needing JKL as the main req but Jabba is so helpful for TB and can help you get into a great guild if you are struggling to get into a good one
If you're a good player JMK is not a good first GL since you'll have a GL around 2.5-3 million so you'll be ways away from CAT. Also post an account update bro

I’m also very close to unlocking GAS which should be available sometime next week if I can get my mods right. I still think any GL is a good GL and JMK reqs really help you have a great secondary fleet team and has Kenobi and Shaak as common reqs with GAS

I took SLKR as my firs GL, and just this past month got JMK to R8. And I almost had the timing for unlocking CAT perfect. Next month with the event rolls around I'll get CAT unlocked and hopefully have enough kit to get her to G13 and then have a functioning JMK squad. But it was the SLKR team I've been using to farm her shards for the past several months. My current to do list (in order) is: CAT at G13 for my JMK squad, then Starkiller to G13 (already have him unlocked) then I'll have a decision to make. I have Jedi Knight LS unlocked so I could go for JMLS, or Rey (I'm equally close to both).
For what it’s worth, GAS needs IG-100 for the unlock but you have GAS in Phase 9 and IG-100 in Phase 10. Unless you mean don’t worry about upgrading IG-100 until Phase 10. This could lead to some confusion. Another possible point of confusion could be Padme in Phase 4 for unlocking but in all the Phases prior you only list 3 Separatists. Granted Nute and Jango can handle the load but you still need five 7-star Separatists on the roster. Maybe I missed something. Otherwise great road map for laying out a foundation.
People have mentioned this point, which I would love APGAINS to take up in a video: Collecting Geos specifically for Wat. Some guilds can carry you to Wat with their geos, so you won’t need yours. Other guilds can do the new TB, earn you the new tokens, which you can use to get Wat. But these two categories are a minority for sure. I would love some feedback directly from APGAINS on this point, and I’m sure there are many others who feel the same way. 😇 Otherwise, love this video, love your content, keep up the good work!
Doing geos early is actually really nice, a big reason is their dark side ships needed to first to unlock the zeta mats. Then as you say they are needed for the wat farm, so they def should be an early game pre core 8 team. Early GAC, not many people will have counters so they are a great squad there.
@@matthewmisson-williams2265 later on is years on, there is very little to no draw back getting them up early. They can win you GAC matchups until the 4 mil gp range... Which is a long time. Plus their end game fleet is one of the best. 2 of the ships are drones so you only need to get 3 pilots up. Unlike empire which needs a ship which is one of the hardest farms in the game and shared with other top tier things.
@@matthewmisson-williams2265 and to me, investments into fleets is the best investment. Empire fleet takes forever, geo fleet just takes a long time. They are both really strong fleets. So investment wise, I would say geos are way above average. I would say the same with Iden as she is crazy strong and now has a ship. But you just get far more from geos so their investment value is higher. Plus, some guilds require wat geos, I am in a really solid guild and we are going for wat as a guild so it really helps.
I got wat ready geos just to join my current guild. 1-2 weeks later, ROE TB was announced. Turns out no one needs wat ready geos anymore, bcs you can simply buy wat shards with TB3 currency. If only i had listened to what AP gains was saying all this time... and i almost did, but unfortunately fell into temptation... moral of the story: always listen to AP gains, follow him blindly.
Get3 on wat is a waste, find a guild that runs DS Geo and gets 30ish shards each event...any guild accepting anyone less than 5 mil gp is probably getting ~5k get 3 which translates to I think 15 wat shards, but the currency exchange is same for KAM so he's the better purchase with get3 if CG doesn't make a GAS/Malak type of character where you have to use get3 to 7 star
@@russharden4374 what i meant is: guilds will no longer do DS TB, ROE is way better. With that in mind, you dont need wat ready geos since you wont use them, and if you want wat shards you can just buy with GET3. My current guild for example will only attempt ROE from now on.
@Felipe Guilds are still running DS Geo is what I'm saying. For example, my guild is running DS Geo and we run RoTE during LS phase, because the only thing we're losing reward wise is GET3. My guild got 27 stars and 35 WAT shards last DS Geo, we got 12 RoTE last time we ran it. So running Geo we received 975 more GET1, 2375 more GET2, and 225 crystals. Wat costs 425 GET3/shard so at that rates I could buy 5 WAT shards so 30 less shards.
Thats why i Always Push Chars that lead to an "Early" Malo/Executor...the Crystals are too good and Arena doesnt Care since you get No Crystals any longer
I’m sorry AP but the normal player HAS to gear up the geos to at least wat mission standards, since you’re a CZcamsr you started off privileged and got into a guild where they carried you pretty much, the normal player doesn’t have that and one of the most important requirements to get into a good guild is wat ready geos.

Genuine question I’ve always had. I understand not wanting to relic geos, but you have to upgrade them to get Wat Tambor and, by proxy, JMK. You don’t need relics to pull the mission off but you do need like g10 or g11 minimum just to be able to attempt the mission. I feel like this strategy relies on your guild mates to have high geared geos but if everyone follows this guide then no one has geos and then no one has Wat or JMK. Edit: I feel like they’re the dark side equivalent to Ewoks. Not amazing but everyone has to invest some gear and probably a zeta to get a really important character and the other legendaries/GLs that follow
I agree at least get them to g12 u can always just chuck them on defence for GAC if ur lacking teams going from carbonate to bronzium for example. + you got malevolence later down the line. kinda wish id geared them up sooner tbh

AP.. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH YOUR FARMING GUIDE. It's definitely the best out there, but you say don't do Geonosians but go for JMK first. JMK needs Watt.. Which needs Geo's to get.. That means joining a guild that HAS geared up Geo's.! A bit sneaky don't you think? We hate guild milkers

Not getting Jabba as at latest your second GL is a huge mistake, the mod materials from his smugglers run event + the krayt raid make him probably even the best first GL now just due to how many resources you're throwing away without him
@Wobbuffet early is a word of perspective. i unlocked my executor right before the 1 year mark of my account (where i bought the hyperdrive to be clear). so it takes a long time all i was saying is get a meta fleet before you get a gl.
Hounds tooth is the most important, farm it and Jango 2x a day (ie spend the 25 crystals to refresh the node) and probobaly anakins eta 2 and boba fetts slave and vulture Droid as backup is all you really need for top 50 honestly hounds tooth and whatever else random stuff works especially In a newer shard

I have every ship you mentioned on a decent level and every day I need to fight for being in 50. I've seen that some of my guild members were super lucky. They have like over 600k more points, worse fleet and yet managing to stick in the first 20...

Speaking of Guild Event Tokens. Currently using my GET2 on getting Negotiator, and plan to Grab Malevolence next. Is that a good idea, and what should I plan for after that with my GET2 tokens? And as for GET1, even though I'm still some requirements shot of getting both Malak and GAS. Should I start saving up GET1 now, rather than wait until I unlock access to buy them in the GET store?
The problem im really starting to feel about this game is the amount of «playtime» your characters get. Like i got slkr and kenobi rn, and i basically only use them for gac and conquest. Apart from that there arent very much to do in this game to be honest :/

Do you need to get each character to 7 star lvl 85 with relics before moving on? Or focus on Old Ben, get max stars then move onto Luke and get max stars. Then once they are lvl 85 move on like that?
I basically did the ap gains farming guide with one caveat i went for slkr first and plan on jmk as my second gl for one light ine dark , and not jmk and jml like ap did other wiase our rosters are near identical barring profundity i was not a shippy guy🤣😂🤣😂

Their dog later on and most guilds couldn’t care less if u have Wat ready geos. As for the ships u can clear the zeta event w g7-8

Ap geos are good early and altho not really too good you can use them to get into a dsgeo guild quickly which can really be an advantage.

Also, three of them are pilots in the Separatist fleet. I have Spy R5 and the other two at R3. Brood and Poggle are G12...

@@maybeehh4860 it seems that I'm quite unlucky with my batch, since many players run quite well suited fleet. I have every ship you mentioned on a decent level and every day I need to fight for being in 50. I've seen that some of my guild members were super lucky. They have like over 600k more points, worse fleet and yet managing to stick in the first 20...
@@maybeehh4860 If only crystals weren't the prize for such RNG dependant element of the game... One of my guild members holds in top 15 with a really sapless squad without having HT unlocked (he has like 700k more GP than me).
They should definitely change the arena shards system in my opinion.

Speaking of Guild Event Tokens. Currently using my GET2 on getting Negotiator, and plan to Grab Malevolence next. Is that a good idea, and what should I plan for after that with my GET2 tokens? And as for GET1, even though I'm still some requirements shot of getting both Malak and GAS. Should I start saving up GET1 now, rather than wait until I unlock access to buy them in the GET store?
The problem im really starting to feel about this game is the amount of «playtime» your characters get. Like i got slkr and kenobi rn, and i basically only use them for gac and conquest. Apart from that there arent very much to do in this game to be honest :/
Sooo this is a dumb question for sure but I just started playing, just to be clear “farming” characters/teams just means focusing on those specific character(s) and no one else and basically leveling them all the way up essentially?

Do you need to get each character to 7 star lvl 85 with relics before moving on? Or focus on Old Ben, get max stars then move onto Luke and get max stars. Then once they are lvl 85 move on like that?

I basically did the ap gains farming guide with one caveat i went for slkr first and plan on jmk as my second gl for one light ine dark , and not jmk and jml like ap did other wiase our rosters are near identical barring profundity i was not a shippy guy🤣😂🤣😂

Core 8 is just useful if you can use them. If they are all 2 star unlocked lvl 1 they give you nothing:)
