I was told that I was a good candidate for LASIK.... 15 years later after LASIK I have terrible dry eyes and neuropathic pain.
"most people's" eyes go back to pre-op. Not all people....

15 years is a lot. Don't you think they've made technological advancements to go from 'not many people' to 'most people'?

@@celdrix8382 You are correct, there are technological advancements. But it does not change the fact that in order for you to get corrective vision, your cornea has to be reshaped via laser. That right there affects your corneal nerves which can cause your nerves not to heal back to normal.

@@lyoe20040 You're right. As for your dry eyes, maybe it could be environmental factors that caused this to happen to you? And if they were in fact environmental factors, do you think they'd also cause neuropathic pain?
