The story begins with two young boys who have a domino tattoo on their arm. After stealing food, the younger one is hurt on his left arm and succeeds in escaping, while the older one is caught. 10 years later, the older one (Chang Yi) has been adopted by a policeman and he is now a detective in the police dept., while the younger one (Ray Lui) has been adopted by the owner of a casino (Miao Tien) who is associated with a smuggler (Lung Fei).
