I thought I seen everything about Lee back in the 70s. Where we all were kungfu fighting every time we seen his movies. But never saw this before today. Thanks 😎
This is actually perfect as it is!! These 39 min, It actually feels like smthing that wud happen to you after death, you're stuck in a limbo and fighting your way out of it.. climbing your way up, trying sm way to get out and whenever you think it's over, a voice outside shouts that it's not over yet! A dream like sequence with no beginning or the end.. isn't it just perfect?? Rest in peace, bruce. It actually didn't need any dialogues, they did gud even with their body language and mannerisms. Also the music sucked.. it was too loud n out of place, whoever added it.

I believe this is Bruce's finest fight choreography.... the nunchaka battle with Dan Inosanto is really wicked with blinding speed on both sides. Ironically its my understanding that Dan Inosanto taught Bruce the nunchaka Bruce expanded on it adding his flare and speed to the mix. Of all the times Bruce utilized the nunchuks this one I feel takes top honors with the Chinese connection coming in second ....that fight with the Japanese wielding a samurai blocking Bruce's attempted blows with the nunchuks was phenomenal. But game of death was excellent nunchaka fight
A documentary of Bruce's life incorperating these fight scenes would have been more than enough for his fans and a far better tribute to this man's achievements than what they did to Finnish this movie. Thank goodness he completed Enter the Dragon.
Thanks for showing us this. I saw Game of Death as a teen back in 1980. Then again two days ago and was not impressed at all. I read Bruce Lee’s widow was not happy about the final product of Game of death. Now I know why….. they should have just shown this after the credits as a bonus . It’s way better than the lackluster plot from the movie.

Tony Jaa, Chiba Shinichi, v.v.v.v. are even more talented than Bruce was. The thing is, what Bruce had was more than just fighting skills.
@@hanglong8056 Saenchai is a professional Muay Thai fighter. I agree, nobody is invincible, there’s always at least one person out there that can beat you. They don’t even have to be famous. I’m just responding to what he said, that Bruce was the fastest and most powerful. Saenchai has the best speed to power ratio ever, there’s no competition. He’s about the same size as Bruce but throws his punches and kicks about twice as fast and twice as powerful. He’s one of the fastest guys to ever fight, period. That’s his hallmark. The guy in the black gi is Chieh Yuen. Game of Death would have been more than just a movie if he had lived to finish it. It would have conveyed Bruce's concept of Jeet Kune Do/martial arts in a physical, philosophical and spiritual way. I personally wished he had finished that project instead of Enter the Dragon to be honest. He did not need ETD to get worldwide recognition, that was inevitable anyway. He was genius plain and simple.
The world can do as much deep fake videos and impose the legend's face onto other actors as much as they want. But they will never ever be able to replicate Bruce's charisma, speed and his power. Definitely the one and only.
Very few PPL on earth are born legends such as MICHAEL JACKSON, BRUCE LEE, CHARLIE CHAPLIN, MD Ali, James brown, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jackie Chan...they are born with skills, determination, vision and Integrity! These legends knew what they wanted in life bz they had passion and they made their passion their professional
When we were kids we used to watch this movie for free ( among others Bruce Lee movies) being played at the movie theater across street at night through one of the theater open window. Our multi apartment building was taller.Of course no sound no popcorn but it was fun in the darkness of the night.
Martial arts means Bruce Lee And.🥋 Bruce Lee means Martial arts. No words for such a great man. Imagine if Bruce Lee was alive till now. How many of great action movies, we would have get to see.🧐
That was Lee's real martial arts philosophy, at least when it came to the physical...protecting your self at all cost. Lee understood the concept of real street fighting. If you encounter a guy who is 6 feet, 5 inches and a whopping 300 pounds, you do whatever you have to do to protect your "LIFE." That's how Bruce Lee envisioned every possible street fight--you may have to fight to the death. Unfortunately, many people have died in street fights because they never considered the cost of life.

Bruce Lee's facial and body expression at 18:23 is priceless. "Alright, you go ahead and take over as I watched you get your ass whipped, because I was doing just fine on my own before you rudely interrupted our groove."
Absolutely never get tired of watching the REAL BRUCE LEE fighting style and moves. No one compares to Bruce, although I really would of loved seeing my JXD instructor have a friendly sparing match with Bruce. I’d of paid money to see that fight. My instructor the only one I’ve ever seen that has the reaction time and is quicker than anyone I’ve ever seen. I noticed a couple little things Bruce isn’t doing that my instructor would never let us get away with doing in a sparing match. But Bruce is so dang fast he can play around and relax with his fighting style when he wants. Probably some of it just for the movie anyway! Regardless the more I studied JKD the more I appreciate watching Bruce fight. I’ve heard and I don’t know if it’s true or not? But the sounds Bruce makes in the movies while he’s fighting. He actually doesn’t make those noises if he’s in a fight off the movie screen. Whether he does or not, those sounds he makes really makes him a supernatural character all his own! It’s just a sad shame he died so young! How much better the martial arts world would of been if Bruce would of still been around to show Americans especially how to really be great street fighters and not get so much into point tournaments fights that not very useful in the real world of real street fighting. Bruce certainly started the martial arts craze in America especially. I just wish he been around longer to really show the world more of his true fighting skills. I sure envy Bruce’s students though! Never thought I’d find anyone that fought anything like Bruce. I feel privileged to be taught by Richard Woods. He was one strict tough instructor to take lessons from. But he was dead serious on making you the best fighter possible and you best be just as committed at being your best or you end up regretting taking lessons. Richard didn’t play around with anyone. Didn’t believe in giving out belts either and wasn’t one looking to just make money off his students either. If you weren’t living up to my instructor’s expectations he get after you big time to work harder or kick you out and wouldn’t teach you any longer. Although many quit ever before he got to the point of kicking someone out. Only a select few stuck it out thru the torture our instructor put us through in 4 hours classes three times a week and he didn’t put up with anyone missing classes regardless of the reason either. Told me once to show up everyday or don’t show up at all! Knew I was pushing my luck! Either show up on time or plan on a beating next time you did show up! Our instructor would find out how serious you really are about learning JKD? Unfortunately my Dad and I started a business together and I couldn’t put JKD ahead of business and was forced to quit after 4 years of classes. I sure miss the torture we went through though and I have never been in better shape either! After taking JKD, nothing else even comes close to comparing regardless of the style? Even though JKD does combine numerous styles into their fighting style. Since there’s both good and bad in different styles and they corporate the best into JKD how to use it as well how to defend against it too. Sadly I just got into the advanced classes when I had to quit. Even still been a few times where other instructors at other schools I’ve visited with friends kids and got into sparring matches with the students and their instructor asked me if I was a black belt? Which I just smile and tell the instructor I don’t have any belt! LOL As my mom instructor said, what do you need a belt for? Let your fighting skills show how good you are? Bruce never gave out belts either. Completely different attitude towards martial arts skills from other types of martial arts schools at least around America that I an aware of? Just hope someone that knows JKD really well keeps carrying on the fighting skills as Bruce would of intended it to be taught ! RIP BRUCE!

Nah.. Enter the Dragon nunchaks scene tops all of them
Yes. The best nunchaku scene i ever seen
This was not a good one in my opinion cause they hit each other in the head with clean hits and they act like the nunchucks are foam

Thanks for showing us this. I saw Game of Death as a teen back in 1980. Then again two days ago and was not impressed at all. Saenchai is faster and more powerful than Bruce was.

Who is "Saenchai"????
Either way, i can agree with you. Bruce was never "Invincible", not even in his own movies.
He knew how to learn from his opponents.
Some fighters are know for just their power, or their kicks, their head movement. Bruce was known for his philosophy. Saenchai is known for super human speed and cat like reflexes, which makes him seem even faster than he is

I agree. In fact, Tony Jaa is already better in terms of fighting skills.
But as we all know, people are unfair in fighting, especially street fight. Bruce Lee, Tony Jaa or anybody else...they all can't fight guys who play dirty on the street.

What an inspiration and brilliant soul Bruce Lee is to me.

RIP BRUCE!
I loved this scene as a child, my favourite martial arts sequence, so glad to see it again after more than 35 years.
