- YEP folks, as they say, 'all good things must come to an end', and this is the final video of the epic Soloduro Thailand Roadtrip!! It's been an amazing 6 days on the road, five nights in 5 different hotels not withstanding, I'm thoroughly impressed with this Honda Accord SM4!!
Going on three decades old and was still able to take on this journey of more than 2,000kms with ease. Never once putting a wheel wrong or kicking up a fuss, she really was in her element I reckon.

Hey Chris, what to do if, (touch woods, metals, water) our car brakes down in the land of smiles?
There are an abundance of car workshops all over the place, and the Google Translate app helps a lot too, haha! Alternatively, if you're not too far from the border, u can have it towed, but a Msian tow truck needs to meet u at the border and take over from the Thai tow truck 😊

One of the most contrast experience is after driving on these beautiful b-roads and getting back to Malaysian side especially the stretch of Gerik towards Kuala Kangsar to endure the poorly maintained and badly patched up roads 😅

@@ChrisWeevilGarage haha, i think thats where ur Accord sm4 suspension should shine, it should soaks up the portholes and undulations pretty well there. to be honest, i find almost every car drives well in b-roads in Thai coz u know..
@@Willy-vh2os actually the DWS much prefers smooth & well cambered roads like the ones in Thailand, doesn't quite like rough and uneven roads, then again, who does! Hahaha! 😁
Hi Chris! Just wondering, if your Honda were to break down in Thailand, what would be your game plan to get it back? Or would you leave the car and fly home😅
I'd find a shop to get it fixed, there are plenty there, just like here, and Honda is well represented in Thailand, old and new alike 😊👍🏽

Roughly around 8000b, incl fuel, food & drinks, accommodation, foot massage, snacks, smokes, etc., hahahaha 😆
@@ChrisWeevilGaragebro, seems like petrol didn’t cost you a fraction given that your car’s FC is super low
@@dbinnn low yes, not too bad at all, but in general petrol is expensive there, due to the exchange rate, it's around rm6 per litre for 95 , so I reckon I spent about rm300 just for fuel 😬

@@Sangsinga682 not yet, planning to.. Because need to find a workshop can really maintaine good condition.. I have target on eye ae111 come with blacktop and 4 throttle.. Or either sv4.. Budget not much..
