Yes they are visible. Because of the thickness of the precast concrete panels, wiring can only be done on the outside. It is possible to customize your house in a way that can hide the wiring. Probably additions like gypsum would hide the wiring if that's the goal of the client

This is a great low cost investment as compared to the traditional construction materials. For someone who wants an affordable stone structure, this is something to definitely consider. And not mentioning the time spent in construction. You can literally have a finished house in weeks at a very good price.

Its durability is btn 50-100yrs but also it should we constructed since it is very critical when fixing the precast panel when building

You have to have Land already. The costs indicated are for the complete structure including foundation.
You buy the house in Cash. You don't have to pay the full amount at the beginning but you finish paying once the house is finished. They allow 50% deposit at the beginning then you can spread the balance in two installments. The houses are build relatively fast depending on the number of units being constructed. Good thing is that you can come up with a good installment once you talk to Kwangu Kwako
