No saving here. On blocks 2400x80=192000 But mimi natumia normal machine cut blocks outside and bricks in internal partitioning which is cheaper. Blocks 1300×60=84000 Bricks 4500x10=45000 Build Total =124000 I have already saved 63000/- And bricks you can get at less than 10bob in your place. Akili mtu wangu

may be it will depend on where you live/area and availability of materials to me that's expensive that eng said its 80ksh per block okay and he has used 2400pcs to complete that house eh! i.e 192,000ksh only blocks, am just here at Ruiru,Ndarugu is just few km so when l compare your price and that of Ndaragu l have done alot with that 192k believe you me

Because of the Cuaring done on the blocks for 2 to 3 days it becomes stronger than you can imagine

In Kitale they will only come with the moulds(Boxes)then make the blocks on site

If your soil is Red soil it will go up to 1.3 inclusive of labour and finishing....but if it's Black cotton soil...it will go upto 1.5M
