1900 Park Fare Returns! ALL Characters, Food & Full Dinner Review at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort

- After 4 long years, 1900 Park Fare has made its illustrious return to Walt Disney World. This character breakfast and dinner buffet previously hosted a differing assortment of characters before it closed down in 2020. The breakfast dining experience had included characters like Winnie The Pooh and Mary Poppins. While the dinner experience previously included Prince Charming and Cinderella's evil Step-Sisters.
With the reopening of 1900 Park Fare came an overhaul with the character offerings and theme. The restaurant is still a buffet but the same characters appear at both breakfast and dinner. These include Aladdin, Mirabel, Cinderella and Princess Tiana.
The classic Disney "Wish", resonate in the majority of its animated films, drives the narrative of the dining experience. Portraits adorn the walls depicting the definitive moment of yearning Disney animated characters have for their Wish and patrons are provided with a Wishing Star signed greeting card that they're meant to write their Wish on.
Despite the changes, the fan favorite Strawberry Soup has remained on the menu and the decor maintains a light carrousel theme.
We attended opening day to try out the majority of the cuisine and see how 1900 Park Fare compares to other Character Buffets at Walt Disney World. At the end of this video, we go over our thoughts, favorite eats and whether we think this experience captures the elegance of Disney's Victorian Era Resort.

Thank God the mac and cheese lived up to how it looked. Didn't think I'd be saying this, but it *seems like* breakfast is the better move, for me at least. Definitely not a let-down for dinner, but from what I've seen, the breakfast options are both really unique and tasty for WDW breakfast buffet.

Ok now that we were able to watch the video I can really comment. We ate here once on our 1st trip in 2013. I do like the new characters and they all seemed like they were on there game! The food looked good as well. Christina loved Sam’s hat.

I think they need some non face characters in there to mix it up a bit and make it more fun and less cringy/stressful .
We agree! Although we do understand why they have the line up they do here, some none face characters would definitely break up those awkward encounters 😆.

i thought the strawberry soup would be more like strawberry daiquirish without the rum of course. Characters are definitely out of place seems very after thought i thought the stepmother and sisters were best suited 😀.🍓

How would you compare this to Crystal Palace?
I think we like CP better, the theming is more cohesive, it’s always less awkward meeting costume characters over face characters, also good prime rib & fried chicken.

This buffet return is such a disappointment to me. I went to it in 2013 and it had sooooo many delicious offerings. This looks so cheap and lacks interest. Coming in a week and I cancelled my reservation. Can’t justify 70.00 for this nothing. Also, princess charming dancing with little girls, the step sisters and stepmother. Much better

Wootwooo! 8k 🎉❤way to go guys! Thanks for another fantastic video. Those desserts look delightful. The little cake, the financier, is named after the financial district in Paris, where it was made popular in the 19th century. They are traditionally baked in the shape of gold bars ... it's pronounced fa-non-cee-ā. I'm a retired pastry chef and kinda a pastry geek 🤓 😉💗. The characters are so great and I love the wish theme... very fun.
