How Great Is Great Maple? NEW Disneyland Resort Restaurant at The Pixar Place Hotel

- With the retheme of the Paradise Pier Hotel to the Pixar Place Hotel came a brand new interior restaurant, Great Maple - A Modern American Eatery.
This California based restaurant chain focuses on modern American cuisine with flavors that pay homage to California's culinary history. While the restaurant itself has a more modern aesthetic, The Pixar Place iteration compliments the theme of its resort by adjourning the walls with serious self portraits of differing Pixar characters.
Since we were supposed to be staying at the Pixar Place Hotel we couldn't pass up the opportunity to dine here and get a complete idea of everything this resort has to offer. We tried out their signature dishes, drank some of their renowned coffee and scored some in-house made doughnuts to see if Disneyland Resorts newest restaurant is worth the hype.

This place looks fun. Even though it is a chain restaurant and a Disney hotel food, amazing coffee, and the ribeye sandwich looks so good
We think it complements the theme well and this is honestly one of the better Disneyland restaurants we've been too. Definitely a place to take the family 🙂.
I can't remember the last video you guys did where everything looked so good from start to finish (aside from Wine Bar George lol). That French Toast drink looked amazing and the mushroom fries are so unique. Glad they weren't just a gimmick.
Wine Bar George is next level. Hard for any restaurant to live up to that level of greatness in our opinion. Great Maple was definitely a contender though. Everything we ate was memorable and it had a really relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend 🙂.

Oh wow your meal looks soooo good! Ok I have to know ... when is the Carthay Circle video dropping? lol Or was that just a fun vacation meal for you. So maybe next trip you do Napa Rose? :) Excited for you to get another trip.
It was so good, but I am not going to lie I cannot do chicken and donuts for a long timeeeee. I had a stomachache all day after that meal. We did film Carthay Circle and it will be out within the next two weeks :) We definitely need to do Napa Rose next time.

Hi TPF's This looks like a good place... heavy stuff. The mushrooms look delicious! Have you tried Lamplight and/or Cafe Orleans? Those are our favs at DL and DCA. The better food is definitely in DCA, but the churros are fantastic everywhere in the parks! Thanks for another great video
