Is this your 1st helli? Some of the experts recommend this as a 1st model for noobs. I wouldn't think nitro would be a good 1st choice. What do you think?
hey WC, I just got a hold of a nicely built raptor 50 with very clean engine and servos and gyro. I just have to set it up now!!!, but I only have a 6 ch. radio and reciever. is that enough for me? I don't have a governor. will that be a problem? I'm still in the learning stages and I just want to do basic flight and hovering for now with the 50 and get used to the power! any setup recommendations (pitch, throttle curve, anything that could be helpful for me getting this bird in the air with what I'm working with? like I said I don't have all of the top equipment yet but its too beautiful to keep looking at, hit me back bro,,,,, Like your videos man!!!! keep it up !!!! much love EP
I was planning on using the six channel Blade SR radio& rx. I have been also using that on my hk450 and it works great for that. I also have a Futaba T6exhp fm radio that can be used as well, I just have no idea how to work a computerized PCM//PPM SETUP

I'll get a nice comp radio like u have when the moneys right!!! WC this R50 looks great like it hasn't been off the ground yet!!! just a lil fuel buildup in the small tank. I just want to get it a least hovering cause I love the size!!! a governor is not necessary right?
thats not a gyro on boom its a co pilot 11 flight stabilization system theres no pos pitch lol either settings on controller or wrong head set up i vote controller

What happen to the heli to where it does not fly? You may have to make some adjustments but it looks like a nice bird

i upgraded the motor to the .57
then the motor froze in flight and i never fixed it.
i wanted one of these but i would get to many complaints
from neighbors or get attention i dont want lol.
they went out of business

you cant use car fuel in a heli and id use at-least 15%
try positive pitch it'll go up instead killing the engine m8
