48th Day Special Darshan 🙏 Athi Varathar 🙏 Serthi 🙏 Kanchipuram 🙏

The grand 48 days darshan festival of the Lord Aadi Athi Varathar ended on 17th August 2019 with grand fervor. All devotees bid adieu to their favourite lord with heavy heart. Final count is more than 1 crore people had darshan of their favourite Lord. The lord is now back to his divine resting place of Anantha Saras and will be back after 40 years in 2059.🙏
Once the Perumal entered the resting place of the temple tank Anantha Saras pushkarini and all traditional puja done, torrential downpour started indicating the happiness and blessings for all the devotees by the Lord Devathirajan 🙏 Interesting to note that it may not be mere coincidence that rain pours on the final day of the divine festival. Locals and temple sthalathar also said it happens every time since immemorial at the end of 48 days festival and temple pond fills naturally.
