Dude, this is a game show. I'm glad the Toasted crew didn't see the 36 year old woman on _Divorce Court_ who, when asked by the judge what she expected out of a relationship with a younger man... "Some Penis....and a paycheck." I actually had to go to a mirror, look at myself and say "It's ok, brother; not _everyone_ is like that on TV"
But there are plenty of people like that in real life.

I agree that TV has been mostly pandering trash throughout history, but I'm not sure I totally agree with you on the extent of the pandering. It seems like you might watch a lot of bottom-of-the-barrel TV, which would skew one's perception. I thought TV was nothing but garbage until I got introduced to some really great shows.

To be fair, the Achilles guy wouldn't have gotten a million just for solving that puzzle. To get a million, he would have had to solve that puzzle, avoid going bankrupt, make it to the final puzzle, spin the prize wheel and land on the envelope with the million dollar prize, and solve the final puzzle. Dude never stood a chance.

This just shows what a cool and down to earth guy Steve Harvey is. Just keeping it real.
Well, first..she was interviewed and said she was nervous and that was why she kept repeating words, second..even though they got 3 buzzers, the other family didn't guess an answer so the family got the points and won the game.. But it continued. The money round was horrific. The first lady who said nana was the first to play the money round and she was so horrible, it wasn't to be believed. She got points on 1 answer out of 5 for 19 points and the guy who played the money round with her did only marginally better. So, I'll just say they weren't very good players and leave it at that.
Yeah, I remember the pork-cupine family. They were on Steve's talk show recently. Steve had on his favorite Family Feud contestants who gave crazy answers and their videos did well on CZcams. The "pork" family and the family member who actually said "cupine" had to remind Steve they won!

This was the first episode of Double Toasted I ever viewed years ago.
Bless her heart, smh, he gave her 8 million min and chances, made a joke about it and she still didn't have a clue, nana is reserved for grandmother not mother, this had me crying laughing...lol.
Steve Harvey makes me laugh my ass off. He was truly frustrated by the end of this and the jokes were dead. This had to happen at least once on the show. Oh well, it made for a good clip and made folks famous on CZcams. That id positive.
It got worse towards the end in the bonus round. The older Gentleman got left with having to score like 181 points or something like that. The total ended up being less than 90. Sad and funny. But on the positive side, they still won another go and got to come back. Funny ass episode. It is legendary, for now...
I hope Steve didn't get in trouble with all that cussing.

To be fair the other family guessed wrong also. Their guess was "madre" which is Spanish for mother, which was a wrong answer. That means black family won anyway.
The answers on the board were:
1. Mom/ Mommy
2. Mama
3. Ma
4. Mum
I would've never guessed those other 2 words.
But that just proves his point. White people can give a completely stupid answer and no one bats an eye. However, it is a family of color it is seen as a failure on the community as a whole.
