- So if your like me you want to get sweet sweet ascended gear without having to grind super long in raids, fractals, strikes, or spend the ridiculous gold for all of the crafting. Well luckily I have something that will help! Here is how you can get an easy set of ascended armor without much difficulty!

I think completing strike missions will be faster and more profitable.

that may be true but i preface by saying its for those who dont want to do the same strikes over and over!
strikes takes at least 3 months or so you can get a lot faster doing pvp even if you lose or win you'll get there faster than strikes for sure , i tried it 😂
@@ftwcem265 Uhm, no. I did strikes for 2 days now and already got 2 ascended armor pieces for blue prophet shards. You can get them fir strikes or some icebrood saga achievements. Its really fast.

great video for those looking to get started on the pvp armor grind.
I personally would not recommend getting the ascended pvp weapons, since they also require ascended shards of glory.
Those shards can be better spent on upgrading ascended armors into legendaries instead.
One can effectively get legendary pvp armor every season if one gets 600 ascended shards per season on average; chest piece being the last.
I'd recommend getting the ardent glorious sets for most people.
Though if one's getting for every weight class, one might consider getting the mistforged glorious hero variants.
It'll set back 3600 shards though. still, it'd be highly unlikely to complete all 3 weight classes before reaching pvp level 100.
Also, hi, I'm level 100. I have two legendary mistforged glorious armor pieces, with two more incoming when I get 200 more ascended shards.
thats going to come to me making a follow up viseo about legendary guides and honestly i believe that they are the best to get in game!
If I were to max tailoring, I could craft all the armour marks, and choose the weapon marks from the PvP reward track, right?
I think mixing in a few strikes a week could get you 2-3 pieces in the first 2 months. You should add a hybrid guide that does Ranked and the Easy 3 and calculate how long it would take then to fulfill a whole set of ascended, including weapons. I would wager that cuts off the last full season of pvp.
honestly that is a fantastic idea! id have to learn more about strikes and the see if i can find a middle ground!
@@CaffeinatedDad can we use the Ascended gear in Pvp at all? because somebody told me gear doesnt count in pvp
@@aljamainhofer7154 that is correct, gear does NOT count. All stats are normalized via Amulet choices!
Is there a cap on ascended shards or can you farm says 4k ish to make a set of light and a set of heavy armour?
Ascended shard? Negative! Your cap will come with pvp league tickets per season!

Better keep shards for legendaries after. Use fractals, crafting or strikes for ascend better. The exotics free armor chests on PvP track are huge too! You just need ascended on one player actually, for doing fractals. Ascended is just 10% stronger than Exotic. Keep the shards for legendaries! And work on Ascension backpiece. I personally love how It looks and is one of the easiers legendaries, more if you play very PvP.
thats coming soon! seriously pvp legendary srmor is probably the easiest legendary in the game!
@@CaffeinatedDad the problem is that if you get PvP ascended for doing legendaries after you can't select stats on that ascendeds or they become a regular ascended and lose the precurssor for upgrade It at Legendary
The first Archievment of envoy armor gives u a complete free ascended set as well (raids)
That is true! But raids also require multiple people to work on while imo the easier method is pvp because of solo que!

I hate that in pvp quite often you run into players that stop playing and start afking if they dont immediately win group fight.
Sometiles they just say they are there only for the legendaries and screw everyone. :D
Then im there dying 1 vs 4 trying to learn become better but these players kind of prevent me from enjoying and getting better by experience. Especially if I try a class im not very used to.
Wish we could report and put these players into cooldown so they cant queu to ranked for a while or smth.
I personally want to fight to the last second even if it seems like we are still going to lose.
in 2016 i won 500 ranked games and i get only 2 ascended gears.
