I love playing with Randies and for some reason on origins it is kinda managable
Given that no level 10 random has gums and I dont like using gums lol.
But SOE is also like origins in terms of EE speedruns, being in my opinion really close to origins in terms of how great it is to speedrun and how much skill you need. Its kinda insane.

I don’t get why they change zombies so much and don’t stick with the regular zombies formula but make some changes I don’t get wats in there brain I wish we could sit down with these ppl and ask them why.

Black ops 3 is so close to us but so far at the same time the game was ahead of its time for the time it came out in 2015 and the graphics still hold up in 2024 with games like rdrd2 and cyber punk imo
Me and my brother still to this day will only turn on our PS4’s when we are home just to play zombies together. Whether it’s a simple high round attempt or an Easter egg re-run. We also come back to bo3 zombies as our bonding moment game. I don’t see my brother all that often now, so when he’s home. It feels refreshing to know that bo3 can always bring us back together no matter how long and how far apart we’ve been. I hope to grow up and have a family one day, and me and him both randomly decide to pull out or PS4’s again to play bo3 zombies one last time.
I just bought Bo3 on steam a few weeks ago for a mix of nostalgia, and i saw the updated video for transit remastered. Bo3 was the last CoD game i played and i hadn't touched it since 2016. From everything ive seen lately about newer CoD im glad i stopped at Bo3.

Facts. I was on the grind for weeks at launch to get it in MP and maybe used it like three times cause I quit right after 😂
5:57 I thinks it’s pretty well established that the only real fundamental flaw of Cold War was it’s maps and a grave lack of replay value. If the map situation is remedied in the next CoD zombies, copying and then building off of the gameplay mechanics of Cold War is a no brainer. So disappointed that Zombie Chronicle’s II didn’t come out during Cold War, that would have made the game mode
Emblems, Community, Zombies, No SBMM pubs, SBMM in Arena w/lovable rewards.
They don’t use skill based matchmaking, they use “EOMM” which is way worse.
Round based is great because a game can be anything once you spawn in. You can play it how you want. Starter room challenges, speedruns, round 100, set up shop at unconventional locations etc. it's so much fun. Another important part is the progression curve. You can luck out on the box and skip the progression but no matter what you feel your power grow in-game and that is just so addicting. I have thousands of hours on Origins alone because of the progression. One game I mix it up and stick to Lightning Staff, others I go for Ice Staff for easy round 80s. The choice is mine. So fun!
see how the new cod is still on top. They know they can get away with putting out bad games simply because of loyal fans and the strong COD brand

Think another thing is that people really dislike the be online at all times system for zombies since it just kills the gameplay going from a good round or run and then connection on whatever platform disconnects you and all progression is gone

I’ve actually started playing zombies again. Did DE & revelations EE solo for the first time ever. Kinda bittersweet cause it’s just not the same as its prime. Been slowly downloading all the other black ops games to do those zombies too.
80 Canadian dollars is crazy. I was at gamestop and a used bo3 disc was only 16 bucks. Sure it's used, but 16 bucks is crazy for an 80 dollar game

I recently got this game also for my son and it was mainly because of Zombies, he was 5 months or less when I got it now he is 8 years old so the Nostalgia is there in both ways. I even play some of the multiplayer and it was fun but Zombies are the way. I cant wait for them to bring Zombies back like the classic way.

I’ve been playing old cods, trying to figure out what the new games are missing. It’s not the people or hell not even the times. Call of Duty had the formula back then. If they stuck to it. Gave us a good campaign, survival round based modes (NOT JUST ZOMBIES) Old school Mw2, and 3 had amazing fun survival modes ! This formula lasted until Advanced Warfare. Then everything started going downhill I feel like. Battle Passes and WarZone( Battle Royale) have taken over the entire gaming industry. We’re tired of gaming industries copying other gaming industries! Stick to what you know and what you fans pay you to play!!!

Bo3 was the last of the greats. Fortnite could’ve joined but it integrated the battle pass system into modern gaming…ruined everything else as a result
ALSO getting less and less excited for Zombies '24. Every new leak suggest we're getting MWZ re-skinned. Even if it's 10x better, that's not good enough for most of us.
We want WaW to BO3 art style, gameplay and philosophy. BO4 also kinda still hit that itch art style wise but Cold War straight up deviated way too far away from every single aspect. And now they copy paste CW all the time even tho it’s soulless.
Black ops 3 perfected zombies, why did they change the formula in future games we will never understand.
Make a zombies only game and campaign people will actually buy it for £60. They already showed they can have 8 people in zombies at once, maybe even 16 possibly. Could be like left 4 dead versus. Let you play the specials while the other zombies go normally.
Mixed with just being a really put together video game for zombies and the amount of content available for it alone with custom zombie maps,
Maybe something like the halo sandbox but a map creator for the new black ops could make it god tier, black ops 2 was almost perfect for its time and black ops 3 is the number 1 successor to it, hopfully these years for the new ops is good to the production

I only play zombies so i never got mw2 and 3 playd a bit of warzone2 but honestly ive just been waiting for cold war2 and if that flops im officially done with cod wich will make me sad if thats the case cause the zombies gameplay loop structure is not existent on other pve games and ive been trying to find anything that can solve that itch

Literally bought BO3 just for the zombie chronicles on ps4. Taking my time learning all the EE’s before i invest in a steam deck just to get BO3 for the custom maps. Never gonna touch any other COD game

No matter how you look at this, and no matter how much hope you have. The company just don’t care, they fallowed a gaming trend that kilt their franchise and they still spend their time spitting in the players faces with lies. And they get rich for it and the never learn and they don’t want to learn. It’s gonna be the same game every single year until they go broke. That’s the hard reality of it. But we had a great run and our amazing community is keeping this game alive and bo3 is the last goated cod and their will never be another cod anywhere near bo3.
Black ops 2 and 3 are stilll my favorite until this day something about those 2 that makes call of duty a really great game the zombies are just amazing

I have COD WAW (THROUGH)- COD Cold War and stopped playing zombies after Firebase Z because I love the Ray K but genuinely everything lost any creativity and soul like the old games had with time after that map

Mega hot take, I’ve played every treyarch zombie entry and I enjoy Cold War the most, so I don’t mind them copying it.
They had a perfect formula from bo1-bo3. Even some of the maps of bo4. I don’t know why they just stick to that OG formula. It works. Just keep building the lore, make creative ideas but not overly complicated and boom.

They just have to use the classic fonds and basically anything that has to do with WaW till BO3 zombies. Tells you straight up which direction the game is heading.
