      Part of him died with kobe and his sister. Hella tough, if I felt moved by kobe and I'm no Lakers fan I cant imagine the pain and heavy heart the big fella got.

    This account is just another testament to Kobe's pure genius on the court! A prodigy like Mozart becoming a true virtuoso and maestro achieving and attaining a level of unconscious competence! Unbelievable and absolutely incredible the effect he had on people all over the world and the lives he changed and touched. Thank you Kobe! We appreciate you! R.I.P. and heartfelt condolences to all the families involved and affected by this tragedy.

      I thought of Abpve The Rim as soon as I saw this but that’s a good strategy it prepares u for contact n it gives your body the shock to react n make those moves when in the heat of the game

    I love that. Every great basketball player I know used to do that kinda thing. I remember in elementary school there was a kid who would do this. Coaches wouldn't let us have the ball yet and he would be practicing moves without a basketball. I completely believe this story.

    Sounds a bit like shadow boxing. The fact that he was doing this full speed with no ball is another great example of how obsessed and dedicated the man was with perfecting his craft at all times, by any means necessary.
    Reminds me of the saying, "you play how you practice."

    1:10 It's hilarious yet remarkable that when Shaq pantomimes a seemingly endless chain of head & shoulder fakes from the triple-threat, everyone instantly recognizes it as signature Kobe. In fact Kobe's probably the last player to use moves like the Dream Shake at 1:16

    What they didn’t know was that Kobe was practicing with a ball. The ball was traveling at such a speed they couldn’t see it or it was a camo ball. Either one.

    Wow, this is actually surprising because this type of training is often called "shadowing" and it is used to build up muscle memory I didn't think that the nba was not used to that type of training. Sports that are popular for this type of training are Boxing, Tennis, Sword sports, volleyball, badminton, etc.

    Even with those tinted glasses on, you can just glimpse the death and sadness in Shaq’s eyes while he’s telling the story. I think out of EJ, Kenny and Chuck, Shaq would be hurting the most for a long time.

    It’s weird how him and Shaq had that love/hate relationship. I think Kobe’s attitude was like I can see Shaqs flaws and I think I can be a better leader, and Shaq was like fall in line youngin this is my team. Their differences seemed to drive both of them to prove themselves to the other and win championships together. Glad they didn’t hold grudges in the end even though some real life stuff took place on Shaqs side.....Shaq is hilarious 😂
