4:25 - you have to look at the unmanifested not a form. The form will dissolve sooner or later. This is the true spiritually. This is called dissolution. This is well past enlightenment. Enlightenment is state where you are totally aware.
Dissolution is state where you do not exist anymore. Dissolution is what saints are looking for.
Enlightenment is state when you are aware, dissolution is the state where you do not exist. Not even the sukshma exists. Not even the subtle form exists. Then we attain Shiva. That moment we have Shiva we don't exist.
When you looking at form you need time to connect to the unmanifest this is the true spiritually
What he means by 'seeing shiva' when he talks about dissolution. How shiva is experienced. Is it the spiritual equivalent of human form of Shiva or light or peace..what exactly is the state of shiva experienced here.

Dear SP, thank you for your question. Kundalini is an energy that lies in a latent form at the base of the spine. As the blockages in our system get cleared though increased awareness and selfless action, our purity increases. The path for the Kundalini to rise then becomes clear. The aim is for Kundalini to rise spontaneously to the higher chakras, where a quantum jump happens in our consciousness. Mohanji stresses that Kundalini awakening should never be forced or jump started in any way, but should be allowed to progress naturally.

Dear S P, When you have graduated, you do not need to study for the same exam again and again. You move on to higher levels.
But Mohanji advises us to not pay to much attention to these concepts surrounding Kundalini and its awakening. Instead, he tells us to focus on increasing our awareness and doing selfless actions. When we attain a high level of purity, these things will happen anyway.

How to reduce ego mohanji
Dear Saisrinivas, the answer to this question can be summed up in one word: Surrender. Surrender all your thoughts, words and actions to the Master. Cultivate and maintain the attitude that you are not doing anything; that things are happening through you. With the increased awareness, you will find negativities dropping away gradually, as negative thoughts, words and actions are not compatible with an offering to the Master.

I’m probably too small to understand this…my question is what is the relevance of my existence then?
Dear Srivathsa, Mohanji tells us that, looking at it solely from the viewpoint of this life, the objective of life is to deal with whatever life brings us and complete our quota of karma for this life. Those who are aware will also try to reduce the formation of new karma. Our several (thousands of) lives occur because we continue to have desires and this, together with the impressions we carry, causes karma.
This is in the context of the bigger picture where the goal of human existence eventually becomes reaching our highest potential - realising oneself and then realising the Supreme Consciousness that we call God. If we develop this higher goal in this life and take the necessary steps to achieve this, Mohanji assures us that we can reach Liberation (Mukti) in this life itself.

Is the name Mohan or Mohanji? The suffix "ji" itself is a representation of ego? In fact when one identifies oneself as the name or appellation that one is known by, that itself is a huge ego, an attachment! Our whole life is spent in being involved deeply with that identity!
@Lear King, the name that Mohanji was born with and held through the first part of his life was, as you have rightly identified- Mohan. After he attained his present inner stature, it was a different Master who started calling him Mohanji, and said that _that_ would be the name that the world would know him by.

Though I am not the follower of Mohan ji, still I want to tell you @lear king , that person of such an stature when need to speak, requires a body to communicate with people. And when such a body is represented with "ji" , it is not a show of ego, rather respect to the body,in which that consciousness is present.
In Indian culture we add suffix ji to show respect, such as Mataji or pitaji.
Mohanji stature is much more. He's parbrahman, sadguru, yogiraj. This is not ego but a truth.
Actually Mohanji initially through his speech used to mention Sai baba instead of 'I' , He was not used to take ownership... But people started criticizing him that he is taking credit on the name of Sai Baba.. Thus baba in one of his communion told him to use 'I' and your name .. Society is cliche.. He isn't..
How can one receive blessings and guidance from the Cosmic Gurus in one's spiritual journey?
Dear Emsworth, thank you for your question. Mohanji suggests that it is best to stick to one path, one Master, one practice. The analogy he gives is that of digging in many spots for water. We are more likely to reach the source of water if we dig in one spot.
It is also acceptable, says Mohanji, to try different paths before you settle on the path that seems right for one. Once we have found our path and our Master, we should connect to the Master with full gratitude, faith and surrender. Mohanji says that we will receive the Master's blessings when we do this.

The 'you' that Mohanji mentions in this video is the terrestrial 'you' : the divine soul that has identified with the current body, mind and ego, to form this personality. If God is to speak the Eternal Truth through such a person, he/she should have dissolved their mind and ego and be dissolved in the Supreme Consciousness. [This is not a straightforward process and may be the result of the sadhana (spiritual work) of many lifetimes.] Hence, though the body is still identifiable as carrying the form and the name, there is no individual mind, and no individual ego: the limited consciousness is merged fully with the Divine Consciousness. Once this has happened, the words that emerge will be the voice of the ultimate Truth, the voice of God.
There are indeed such dissolved Beings who walk the earth in human form, and their followers may celebrate God in the form of the Master through performing Aarati.
